“We enjoyed a delicious lunch as a family. Everyone friendly. Only the one at the entrance that gave us the table needed to be more pleasant. We saw him very serious and he spoke to us very dryly. You can improve on kindness. The waiters were excellent and very smiling and friendly. The coffee felt very watery. More concentrated would be good. I loved the place. I will be back ??❤️“

“We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“When I used to live in Columbus, I would drive by here and I always wanted to stop by here and check it out. A building of yesteryear. Today, I and a good friend, got the chance to visit, after all of these years. I was not disappointed. I had the Chicken and Waffles and a side of scrambled eggs. It was delicious! The restaurant was clean, and took me back in time. The lone employee, I'll call her "Penny", was so gracious and hospitable. She took our order, cooked it, and served it....and Always with a Smile. “The food is your typical bar food fair plus some salads and wraps. It’s always very okay, good for bar food. The service has always been top notch and the servers do a great job of keeping things going and making sure you’re taken care of. I go a couple times a year to meet friends and sometimes catch a game on their big screen televisions.

He was spot on taking care of two large groups along with smaller tables. Michael hustled between all of his tables ensuring all were satisfied.
