“We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“I have reached my breaking point when it comes to calling in my orders. Whoever takes orders over the phone needs to go back to School and learn how to spell. I give my phone number when I order because I have Blazen Rewards and it has my name on my account that says Jennifer. With it misspelled I am lead to believe that this last order wasn't credited to my rewards.But my name is JENNIFER!!! NOT JENIFER“
