“We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“The food is your typical bar food fair plus some salads and wraps. It’s always very okay, good for bar food. The service has always been top notch and the servers do a great job of keeping things going and making sure you’re taken care of. I go a couple times a year to meet friends and sometimes catch a game on their big screen televisions.

“We dined in this evening. Busy night with the BOGO wings promotion going on for the evening. We were taken care of by Michael. He was spot on taking care of two large groups along with smaller tables. Michael hustled between all of his tables ensuring all were satisfied. This is the third time having Michael as our server, and he did not disappoint! Kudos to you, Michael keeping your cool and helping us have a great experience!“

“We had 12 of us together at the tables. Our waitress was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! So Nice and So pleasant taking the individual orders and bringing the food to each of us very timely. The food was so very good. We ALL said we will be back again. I wish I could remember our waitress's name but I can't. She represented the Outer Limit excellently!!!“

“We enjoyed a delicious lunch as a family. Everyone friendly. Only the one at the entrance that gave us the table needed to be more pleasant. We saw him very serious and he spoke to us very dryly. You can improve on kindness. The waiters were excellent and very smiling and friendly. The coffee felt very watery. More concentrated would be good. I loved the place. I will be back ??❤️“
