“We had a birthday celebration for my son Sat in the back room. Jessica Bishop was our server for the entire room probably 60 people, Jessica was the best server I have ever had. She was fast, polite and somehow knew everyone's name each time she brought a drink. Besides Jessica the room, staff and food that was set up were fantastic. Tonya the general manager was very easy to work with as well. Would do all again here.“

“Property Ninjas was just at the Frosty Mug Sports Bar. Our bartender Sharon was awesome. We got the hot honey garlic wings. These wings were phenomenal. I would highly recommend going and trying this place out. Great food and great atmosphere. Five stars!!!“

“Kim, or "momma Kim" as she is affectionately known by fellow workers and long-time patrons, was our server tonight and could not have been more amazing. She was so kind, patient, and remembered every little request we had -- from how we were splitting the bill to the sides of sauce we ordered. Honestly, she made our night! My extended family is in town because my grandmother is in hospice so we are all sad and overwhelmed, and we also had two rowdy kids we were trying to contain, and she made us feel so at home and was so warm to us. We loved our food, and would come back for that in itself, but because of Kim and the friendly ambiance (all the other patrons were awesome too!) -- we will come back even sooner!“

“We have been to OB off 144th and Center before, but now days it seems like you have less people working for an honest dollar and those that do are run ragged by others who are unkind or simply don't care to understand just how hard it is to work in the service industry. So I thought I would take a moment and share my experience last night. I called OB, to give them a heads up a large group of us were coming in last night, the service and food were absolutely amazing! I had spoken with Sherry (manager? owner? I should have made a point to find out), she was concerned that they wouldn't have the staff to accommodate us. Sherry made a point to call me back to confirm that everything was coordinated as far as staff, food and space that we could use to all be together. I pre-ordered some appetizers to come out at specific times and a cheese party pizza. What I ordered is just your basic bar and grill food, however I saw other food coming out of the kitchen that I will be going back to try. So many options. The food Mozzarella Sticks (perfectly cooked), Onion Rings (seasoned deliciously), we ordered a large shredded chicken nacho that was huge and had so many flavors going on. The Soft Pretzels with a spicy cheese dip (I would dip about anything in that cheese dip, it was soooo good) then the cheese pizza. It was crispy but not burnt, perfectly portioned sauce, cheese ratio. Everything was sent out right when I had asked and fresh. Whoever was cooking last night, excellent job. Jackie was our server, she was exceptional! Not only was she working our group she was helping other patrons as well. Jackie is an absolute rock star, she could be across the room and notice a drink near empty or someone looking around and she was right there checking on us. They have a great variety of food and drink and a great crew working the floor and behind the scenes. 100% go in and check them out. As always remember to be kind and try something new.❤“

“My wife and I ate here on the evening of 7/24/26. Our server Asher was very professional and personable. Our prime rib and onion rings were excellent! Ordered it medium, it was delivered exactly medium. Flawless. The seasoning on the prime rib was excellent! The onion rings are huge, sweet, homemade and the best we have ever had. There is a slight up-charge to order them, but it is worth it! My wife had a pork tenderloin sandwich and she said it was awesome. The table next to us got the lighthouse nachos and they looked fantastic! We had a very good experience and would give the food a 10 out of 10! The service Asher provided us was a 10 out of 10. The bussers were very prompt at cleaning off the tables and even wiped off the chairs. We would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back soon! “I am visiting family from montgomery, alabama and I was told about this place... ive been in nebraska and the surrounding area for about 3 months now on a long term vacation and have visited many bars and grills along the way... I love pub food. BUT this is exceptional eating!! I had the mushroom Swiss burger with tots and a side of fried pickles. This is a definite 10/10!!! Quality tasting food and product!!! Well worth the price!!! Will have to again before I leave. WILL NOT DISAPPOINT 🙌“

“This is a great bar. The TVs are huge and the huskers were on. That’s always a win. Liked the friendly bartender and the fast service and good drink prices. But what I especially liked was that the whole bar - including the bathroom- smelled nice. Like, not cheap air freshener, but actually nice fragrance. It did not smell like a typical dive bar. It’s the little things.“

We went tonight around 7:30pm, pretty darn busy and the BARTENDERS were incredible. Super kind, always checking in to see if we needed anything. At first we weren’t going to eat but they finally got us to try the tacos and tots after asking if we needed a menu Several times 😅 honestly the service might have better than the tacos — and that’s a BOLD statement“

I don’t know what they did, but the beer is colder, the wings are tops and the food is just better. Glad to see they live up to being a quality sports bar & grill.“

“Tried the new location....giving the 5 stars to the bartenders Gabby and Ben. While they were busy they still engaged conversations with us at the bar and were very efficient. One recommendation would to carry at least one cider beer and the BYOF is a great alternative to not yet serving food. All in all great experience and we'll be back!“

“We planned 3 separate times to spend at Let it Fly during March Madness. They were very busy all 3 times. Sat at the bar on the first day and did not get the service we expected. We were understanding though since they were so busy. The food and drinks were good. We returned and sat on the patio. The service was great and the food was good. For the 3rd visit, we used OpenTable to book a reservation. When we arrived, the host informed us they had a table for us outside. It was windy and cold. They could not offer us a table indoors. We left and watched the game somewhere else.“

There were many people coming and going all night and the staff was extremely tentative to our needs. Not to mention they were extremely easy to work with on the setup or the event. Now as for the service our waitress Kristee G was absolutely 100 percent knowledgeable about the menu and specials ..she was very pleasant and answered every question we had perfectly. I wanted to order the Buffalo chicken pizza to go but I really wasn't sure I needed a full large and let's just say she figured it out for me as well as the extra 24 wings I just had to have to go as well . This place was very clean and inviting it wasn't loud and obnoxious like most sports bars can be ..over all we give this place a 10 out of 10 ..and our waitress and staff a 10 out of 10. thank you Hurrdats we will be back and please do not get rid of Saturday and Sunday wings days .....“

“We’ve been coming here for years and always return for the food because it truly is amazing. Unfortunately, this particular location is in serious need of an update.

Food: 5 out of 5. Everything on the menu is top-notch, and they have some of the best wings in town.

Building: The space is extremely dirty, and there’s no proper kitchen exhaust, so you’ll leave smelling like you just finished working a grill.

Bathroom: Easily one of the dirtiest restrooms among Omaha dive bars. The floor is usually wet, and it’s filthy throughout, not just the toilets but also the walls, trim, and sink.

If you visit one of their other locations, you’ll get the same great food in a much cleaner environment. This location, however, is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refurbishment“

“We love Tanners!!! It's always a go-to for good food. The portions are good sized, the servers are always attentive. They can handle big groups with no problems. I recommend this if your looking for good bar food. They have lots of tvs and will show all of the nfl games during the season.“
