If I can describe the atmosphere I would say very positive, family oriented and fun. Shevys is an awesome bar that I get to DJ at and I enjoy the crowd getting down. It’s one of the best bars I’ve played so far and the owner Shevy is awesome I’m glad I was able to meet her, very humble, great owner she takes care of her clients. I look forward doing more business here. Thank you and God bless.
Pry won’t be back, sucks as this was my go to place during the week and spent about 5 grand a year there, the bartender who appeared to be drunk shut off the touch tunes while I had a large Que of songs that I was waiting to hear. I understand if someone plays a silly song as a joke but you can skip the song and not shut off the touch tunes where others have spent money that we don’t get back. Do not sleep on Shevy’s in Elkhorn. I’ve meant to post about their prime rib dip sandwhich forever, but I always inhale it before snapping a pic. This time, I showed restraint (barely).
Juicy, tender prime rib, gooey melted cheese, and grilled buttery bread that deserves a standing ovation. The au jus? Not too salty, just rich and dunk-worthy.
