They were super busy but the woman taking drive thru orders and counter order went above and beyond with customer service and so helpful getting us what we wanted! She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! “Oh my goodness I could have cried eating here tonight. I'm from San Diego CA so im used to the food and it is so awesome to be able to get it in Nebraska now and I love introducing new people to the amazing flavors that take me back to my raising. But tonight was different. My husband and I walked in with our youngest kids and it had been a long day and we probably looked a mess but the young lady behind the counter didn't even bat an eyelash she gave me the respect of every put together customer that came before me and will come after me. I would definitely say they get a 100% on the friendliness and professionalism owed mostly to Zaire(im sure I didn't spell that right). Proof that people can raise up good people even in these tumultuous times we live in.
I WILL DEFINITELY be returning, and not just for the food this time but for the feeling of acceptance and belonging.“

“I have tries chicken fill A for the first time . I ordered their usual menu. The sandwich was so good . Besides , the sausage was too good . But i did not like their fries sonce it was not crispy and salty. Overall, the food was good and i recommend everyone should try this“

“I had picked up a drive thru order from a different location on my way out of town and once I realized it was something I could not eat, it was too late to circle back to that one. We stopped at this location to ask if they could fix it and they instantly remade the order, without making it feel like an inconvenience. It was a modified order and they even had the cook talk to us to ensure accuracy. They also threw in fries for the trouble! I visit this location often and they are always extremely quick, accurate, and friendly.“

“When I want a change from burgers and fries or TexMex I go to Runza. The fries are amazing, the perfect mix of crisp outside and chewy inside with just the right balance of flavor. The sandwich is satisfying and filling with a perfect blend of texture and flavors. I recommend trying Runza if you haven't eaten there before. It's a delicious break from the usual.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. “I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. “I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. “I'm from Arizona and I had never heard of runza before. I'm a foodie and I always like trying new things and I was searching for places to eat near the airport before going into town and this is one of the first things that popped up on Google.
When I walked in, they were not busy at all and I ordered the mushroom and Swiss runza. The runza was really good. The breading was not thick and there was a lot of mushrooms, meat and cheese inside.“

“I arrived at 8:15pm tonight & they were mopping the whole restaurant floor it was wet everywhere no biggie figured they were just cleaning up a little bc of COVID. I asked “are you closing early?” The young lady said “no we close at 10pm” I said ok great. I get up to order for my daughter and I and they said they were out of chicken for the night. I looked down and a lot of the containers were close to empty or empty too. The lady behind me also asked for something & they said they were out of that too. The grills were off and multiple staff were just standing around. If you close at 10pm why are you done cooking for the night at 8:15pm? Doesn’t make sense. If it was 9:15pm I could kinda understand.. Anyway I drove across the street to Chipotle & the lady behind me left also. I hope tonight was a one time thing bc that sucks if that happens regularly.“

“My husband went tonight to pick up a sandwich for us to share. Everything he asked for was done 100% correct. We’ve been going to different Little Kings since 1976 when I started to go to the one in 50th and L st next to K Mart. Well tonight was the first time my husband came home from picking up food and was so excited in what a GREAT experience he had. He said ALL THE EMPLOYEES were so nice and he had a great time with them. So many times people forget to give kudos and would rather complain. Not us. These Emoloyees need to be praised. I explained to the staff and they immediately sprung into action to get my car moved out of the way as it was obstructing the drive. I want to express my gratefulness to your wonderful staff led by Nolan and to the customer that came out and lent an assist. “Went in for a quick bite after work and the place did what it needed to do. The menu was easy to read and the staff moved the line along without rushing anyone. My burger came out hot, fries were fresh, and the soda machine was working (which sounds small but matters). Seating area was mostly clean, though a couple tables needed wiping. Prices felt fair for fast food these days and portions were decent. It’s not trying to be fancy, just solid and reliable. I’d come back again when I want something fast and don’t feel like cooking, simple as that.“

“I ordered online, because with 4 kids I need to be in and out as much as I can. They let you order online even for dine-in, then when you get there, just go to a table, and type in your table in the app or online, and they will bring it to your table. It was so convenient, they have a play area at this location, so while waiting, I brought my kids to the play area, and after they eat, they went back in, and I was able to eat kids free. Love it! Food is great, got the market salad and it was good! Kids got burgers and nuggets, and they loved it of course with the mac and cheese and fries. My kids always request this, and I love it too. So fresh for a fastfood.“

We've had our Phillys every place they offer it (I get it in remembrance of my Step-Dad) and gotta say this place ranks above Firehouse Subs which was one of my favorite places cause their Phillys are good too but here, it's a must try if you are in town!
The Greek lady that helped us was nice too. Atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. The stuffed animals all on the ceiling makes it a very unique cozy family place as well. It made me smile. 😃“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond.
