She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! “Had to hit up Freddy's while visiting Omaha recently - my boyfriend insisted that I try it. It was delish! Made hot and fresh. I had a double burger, onion rings, and good old-fashioned vanilla ice cream with hot Carmel sauce! Everything was hot, tasty, and satisfying! But the older woman who took our order was so friendly and joyful. She provided great service and the young people working together there were so happy and chatty. A pleasure!“

“I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again. My friend/coworker went to Runza this afternoon and Jason, the manager asked if she was the one who was overcharged. I had just told her about the incident, so she was able to tell him it was me. He said he had been trying to reach me. She came back with his phone number and I called. Jason was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience and for whomever I spoke to. We even figured out what happened. Runza is now back in my good graces, and I will continue to eat there. Jason was absolutely AWESOME and determined to make things right with me and I appreciate the lengths he was willing to go to, to make it right. There should be more managers like Jason.“

“Best of Omaha Fries burgers and chicken. Everything is made fresh never frozen. Friendly staff, while it is self service the staff is dedicated and friendly to the customers.“

“I arrived at 8:15pm tonight & they were mopping the whole restaurant floor it was wet everywhere no biggie figured they were just cleaning up a little bc of COVID. I asked “are you closing early?” The young lady said “no we close at 10pm” I said ok great. I get up to order for my daughter and I and they said they were out of chicken for the night. I looked down and a lot of the containers were close to empty or empty too. The lady behind me also asked for something & they said they were out of that too. The grills were off and multiple staff were just standing around. If you close at 10pm why are you done cooking for the night at 8:15pm? Doesn’t make sense. If it was 9:15pm I could kinda understand.. Anyway I drove across the street to Chipotle & the lady behind me left also. I hope tonight was a one time thing bc that sucks if that happens regularly.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“When I want a change from burgers and fries or TexMex I go to Runza. The fries are amazing, the perfect mix of crisp outside and chewy inside with just the right balance of flavor. The sandwich is satisfying and filling with a perfect blend of texture and flavors. I recommend trying Runza if you haven't eaten there before. It's a delicious break from the usual.“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “I came through the drive thru on my break and my order was prepared incorrectly. I called and spoke with Isaiah & he was very polite and said I could come the next day to have it replaced. I went through the drive thru the next day and as soon as I said my name, the cashier knew the situation and they replaced my entire meal with great attitudes. Excellent food and excellent service! “I used the drive-thru at this runza today around 1:30 p.m. although very busy the wait wasn't too bad. The employee that spoke with me had a great attitude and very friendly. The other employees that met me at the window were equally enthusiastic and very friendly. Later when I got back to work and ate my food I thought to myself how well prepared it was and I also thought about how pleasantly I was greeted, I attempted to call the phone number on the receipt to let this Branch know how happy I was with their service but the phone was very busy. “I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

Staff is cheery, even taking time to decorate the lobby. Which most places don't do.

We've had our Phillys every place they offer it (I get it in remembrance of my Step-Dad) and gotta say this place ranks above Firehouse Subs which was one of my favorite places cause their Phillys are good too but here, it's a must try if you are in town!
The Greek lady that helped us was nice too. Atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. The stuffed animals all on the ceiling makes it a very unique cozy family place as well. It made me smile. 😃“

“This afternoon as I was going through the drive thru, my car died. I explained to the staff and they immediately sprung into action to get my car moved out of the way as it was obstructing the drive. I want to express my gratefulness to your wonderful staff led by Nolan and to the customer that came out and lent an assist. “I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“
