“I have been going to Zesto's (in Florence) over 50 years. They had the best chili foot-longs in the 70's and 80's, when they were using O'Briens Brick Chili. “I love going here to eat on my lunch breaks. My only complaint is is the last two times I've been there, there's been someone sweeping off the rugs inside the store. One kid was literally sweeping it off and I had dirt landing on my food! Rugs should be swept off outside! It kind of defeats the purpose of a rug....“

But have waited a lot longer at stores of both national burger chains with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. The line kept moving at a slow, but steady and efficient manner. 15 minutes we were back in traffic! Highly recommend!“
“First time ever! My wife and I stopped in to try this place out. We're from GA and don't have any near where we live. We arrived shortly after open, and there were already people eating. It was super friendly service, the staff did an amazing job there. The checkout process is quick, not a whole lot of options, so it's easy to figure out what you want. My wife and I both got the plate so we could try out the coleslaw. Which was my least favorite thing we had. The chicken was moist, crisp, and tasty. Fries were basic but cooked to perfection. This place has a cool atmosphere about it and the food was great. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes chicken, and we will definitely be back.“

“tonight, when i got off of work, i realized i had forgotten to pick up cat food. i work typically until midnight, so i knew no store would be open. not only did qt have cat food, but their staff was beyond amazing. i had been approached by a man on my way in and i let one of the workers know that he had made me uncomfortable. after hearing that, she immediately made sure that i was safe and escorted me to my car and waited until i was safely locked in before she returned to her post. i didn’t catch her name but she was a younger black woman with pink hair and i truly appreciate her. she deserves acknowledgement for going above and beyond in her normal job, but also as a girl looking out for other girls and being a safe person to go to. thank you !“

“This is an establishment that cares about the people they serve to an insane degree. The server and head of the counter took the time to explain the whole menu and gave helpful suggestions. He was easy to talk to and made you feel welcome. I asked if they had anything sweet on the menu and he checked the back to see if they had dessert from the night prior. Talk about above and beyond. The owners themselves in the back then decided that the beautiful creme Brule that was expertly made could not be given to me for money but for free. You need to visit this place. They made guy fiery happy, and they made this average guy elated.“
