“I would like to thank Block 16 for helping my unintentional bulking phase that lasted for 2 years when I lived downtown. This unique spot was my go-to for lunch and dinner whenever I was feeling too lazy to cook at my apartment. Beware - If you follow them on social media the temptation to head over will overwhelm you as they post their new food creations throughout the week. Some of the food posts seem like they are concocted by a mad scientist, other limited time menu items are staples in the food world, but just done better. The common theme here is everything I have ever ordered is top notch. Block 16 is one of the more unique places to eat in Omaha, and anytime I have friends from out of town ask for a recommendation, I point them this direction as a downtown option. Block 16 isn't scared to bend the rules of what french fries should be topped with and they certainly don't worry about the logistics of stuffing a full entree into a sandwich. They are lovers of food and their menu that varies throughout the month reflects that. They have some staple items that are always available but there are new things to try out almost every time you go. The only thing I could give some criticism on is dining-in can be a little tough sometimes with their setup but this is more due to the popularity of the place and limited dining space. But let's be honest, you go here for the food, not the tables.“

“What an amazing dining experience!! We had a party of 7 and our waitress was just phenomenal. She was on top of everything throughout the meal. And such a relaxed atmosphere with high end food. To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. From appetizers, salads, soup, main course and dessert- each bit was melt in your mouth deliciousness. And their drink menu is perfect for anyone's taste. Classic to innovative- their drinks are sure to satisfy. I would definitely recommend trying Cibo Vino out. We will definitely be stopping by again!“

I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. She was absolutely ecstatic to realize they have gluten-free chicken strips and their fryers are gluten free, not only that there were gluten free pastries that were super tasty. This honestly was the best part of our entire 4-day trip to Omaha for her and she begged us to go back for every meal which we were not able to do. “We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. “My wife and I ate here on the evening of 7/24/26. Our server Asher was very professional and personable. Our prime rib and onion rings were excellent! Ordered it medium, it was delivered exactly medium. Flawless. The seasoning on the prime rib was excellent! The onion rings are huge, sweet, homemade and the best we have ever had. There is a slight up-charge to order them, but it is worth it! My wife had a pork tenderloin sandwich and she said it was awesome. The table next to us got the lighthouse nachos and they looked fantastic! We had a very good experience and would give the food a 10 out of 10! The service Asher provided us was a 10 out of 10. The bussers were very prompt at cleaning off the tables and even wiped off the chairs. We would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back soon!
