I come here often and use the mobile app to place pick up orders most of the time it's perfect, the employees are kind the food is correct and even when I have to wait when busy no problem! But the past 2 times I've come the employees have been rude and I've had missing sauces. I know sauces missing isn't a huge deal but I have family members who will just not eat without it and it feels like a waste of my time and money. I work in food service so I understand having a bad day...read full review
Didn't catch the name of a gentleman, who was very attentive in the dining area. So pleasant and very much a people person. If I remember, not much hair. maybe in his 50's.

Hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A in a couple months still awesome service food is wonderful and even the gentleman Phil walking around seeing if you need anything was a pleasant experience
