Went through drive through, so can't comment on the atmosphere or really service. Got the deluxe sandwich and waffle fries. I don't eat at fast food restaurants very often, so I was disappointed with my random choice to try here for lunch, with the rubbery chicken, the waffle fries had large chunks that were not cooked all the way. I couldn't finish either option. This was probably only my 3rd time at Chick-fil-A, I am just not a fan overall.

Forced to use this location often due to proximity to home. Was just there tonight and AGAIN missing half the sides to my drive through order. No fruit cups x2. It’s so annoying to 1) not have a place to pull off to check the meals before you leave due to the business of the parking lot and 2) to CONSTANTLY be missing things through the drive through. Is it too much to ask that the bags get checked before they are handed out!!! The fruit never makes it in.
I had the Cobb Salad which was of good quality. Drive thru was swamped but luckily I was intending to order indoors so no worries.

Went through the drive thru, when ordering from the employee, I asked if the tortilla soup was extra with the meal, and she said no, so I ordered it. When I got to the window, the employee gave me my receipt and they charged me $4.00 extra for the soup and I told him someone needs to tell the other employees that it is extra! He gave me my drinks in a box and I said I didn’t want the box and he said he couldn’t take the box back through the drive thru. Then when I got home, my sandwich wasn’t even the one I ordered! I will not return, ever.
I come here often and use the mobile app to place pick up orders most of the time it's perfect, the employees are kind the food is correct and even when I have to wait when busy no problem! But the past 2 times I've come the employees have been rude and I've had missing sauces. I know sauces missing isn't a huge deal but I have family members who will just not eat without it and it feels like a waste of my time and money. I work in food service so I understand having a bad day but today it felt like I was specifically not spoken to and just ignored and had my ice cream fall when passed to me. Overall I'm just unhappy and probably won't be eating at chick fila for a while.

Beware of the drive thru if you go to this one. It’s the slowest Chick-fil-A drive thru I’ve ever experienced.
SCORCHED NUGGETS!! Had an unfortunate experience with this store #03606 at 12310 W Dodge Rd Omaha NE 68154.Purchased 3 X 30 counts nuggets as we typically do a couple times a month as my son absolutely loves these for dinner. Usually we buy from the store at 17501 W Center Rd Omaha NE 68130 but were near Costco and stopped at the site mentioned above.The nuggets had a scorched taste like the oil had something burned in it. We just thought maybe it was a bad batch and gave them another shot 3 nights later and the same burned flavor was there. I submitted a Chick-fil-a customer care ticket online 2 days later detailing my experience. Got a call from their Director of Customer experience who said because it had been 5 days that she couldn't replace the nuggets but could give me 1 free meal.I expressed my sentiments that this wasn't enough given we had to throw the 80 or so nuggets that we didn't eat out and that I expected a full refund or gift card to cover the full 3 X 30 nuggets purchase. She called the owner back only to be told that the max they would honor is 1 X 30 nuggets.Again, not acceptable and certainly not the "Chick-fil-a Way" they are so proud to offer in their commercials and how they always go the extra mile.
