“I’ve been to Dave’s hot chicken a few times, and I’ve loved it each visit. The restaurant is usually always busy, and you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food any given day. However, I recommend this restaurant still due to the great food they have there. The chicken is cooked perfectly with the best blend of spices and sauce. Come hungry, because you will get your money’s worth of food.“

“Was out there on Saturday evening. The place was packed. Multiple people with buzzers waiting. I found a spot at the bar. Let me say, the entire staff absolutely rocked. Food came out "melt your fork" hot. The young lady working the check-in counter, so organized and polite. The 2 ladies behind the bar, absolute Rock Stars. Did I wait 30 minutes for food? Yes. It was BUSY. PACKED. It was absolutely worth it. I will always support this business.“

“I have tries chicken fill A for the first time . I ordered their usual menu. The sandwich was so good . Besides , the sausage was too good . But i did not like their fries sonce it was not crispy and salty. Overall, the food was good and i recommend everyone should try this“

“Went in for a quick bite after work and the place did what it needed to do. The menu was easy to read and the staff moved the line along without rushing anyone. My burger came out hot, fries were fresh, and the soda machine was working (which sounds small but matters). Seating area was mostly clean, though a couple tables needed wiping. Prices felt fair for fast food these days and portions were decent. It’s not trying to be fancy, just solid and reliable. I’d come back again when I want something fast and don’t feel like cooking, simple as that.“

“This location is truly amazing. You saved my daughter's graduation party. I had under-ordered food significantly and the employees were able to whip up a 100 piece tailgate in no time at all, and we still didn't have any leftovers. lol You all are amazing.“

“Very delicious. Fries were different and slighty crispy. Chicken sandwich was phenomenal. You also get a side slider. A stack of pickles. All for under 11.00. so worth it. My only complaint is asking for a tip pre payment. I like to tip but it shouldn't rely on getting good food if you do or not and that's what it comes to. I really did enjoy the atmosphere and food. “I ordered online, because with 4 kids I need to be in and out as much as I can. They let you order online even for dine-in, then when you get there, just go to a table, and type in your table in the app or online, and they will bring it to your table. It was so convenient, they have a play area at this location, so while waiting, I brought my kids to the play area, and after they eat, they went back in, and I was able to eat kids free. Love it! Food is great, got the market salad and it was good! Kids got burgers and nuggets, and they loved it of course with the mac and cheese and fries. My kids always request this, and I love it too. So fresh for a fastfood.“

“I came here for lunch today. There was quite a bit to choose from. There was chicken, chicken fingers, chicken gizzards, chicken livers, potatoes, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, biscuits and even apple pies. I got a three piece chicken finger box with a side of taters wedges and a biscuit. The portions given we’re all worth the value spent. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. I wouldn’t change a thing. The Bird shack is located inside the speedy mart convenience store gas station. When you walk in hook a sharp right and go all the way to the back and you can’t miss it. Or just follow the yummy scent of chicken. They had other miscellaneous items available like pizza burritos and leftover breakfast items. The staff was really friendly and helpful and they were very prompt to give me excellent customer service. The area was clean and fresh and clutter free. Everyone was talking and seemed very happy to be working there. I’ll definitely be returning.“

“It’s a gas station so clutch your pearls! But that chicken is actually so good it’s criminal. And there 4.99 meal (picture attached) is good value! Give them in the back a raise! This is also one of the better locations in the Omaha area!“
