“2.28.2024 on line order thru their app. picked up my order. I paid for 2 large diet drinks. got 2 medium drinks. one was sweet tea and we don't know what the other one was. ordered a 3 piece meal. that was as ok. ordered a 4 piece meal with gravy. got siraccha sauce and ranch dressing. oh, only got 3 pieces of chicken. one side was mac and cheese. no spoon or fork in the bag. called and talked to Taylor. he said it sounded like someone didn't get the order right. he said he would refund me. I asked him how that would be done. he said my cc would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. 🤦 won't go back.“

“I have never left a bad review for a Chick-fil-A before. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. there were no employees at the registers. I had to wait around 3 minutes for an employee to come and take my order. There was a young lady brown hair and pigtails that was obviously stressed and overwhelmed but the store wasn't that busy. After I place my order I had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be given to me. The store was very understaffed. It affected the employee's attitudes which are usually top notch. There needs to be a little bit better early morning management at this store.“
