Not a typical restaurant manager! Charlie is someone who goes far above and beyond what is expected from good customer service. He really makes a person feel like it is his true pleasure to go the extra mile or in this case several miles! I hope it all comes back to him somehow!“

“Ridiculously expensive these days, but when I can afford it, it's always worth it! I like the simplicity of the menu, very much. Canes is a vibe and it shows through the staff members every single visit! Friendly and prompt. The drive thru is always quick even with a wrap around line! I also have to add that I dislike the ice they use. But everything else is great 😃 my kids love it and so does my cat, Jax.“

I paid for 2 large diet drinks. got 2 medium drinks. one was sweet tea and we don't know what the other one was. ordered a 3 piece meal. that was as ok. ordered a 4 piece meal with gravy. got siraccha sauce and ranch dressing. oh, only got 3 pieces of chicken. one side was mac and cheese. no spoon or fork in the bag. called and talked to Taylor. he said it sounded like someone didn't get the order right. he said he would refund me. I asked him how that would be done. he said my cc would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. 🤦 won't go back.“

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken has always impressed me everytime i go whether i go to Omaha, Gretna, or this location. Everyone at the Lincoln location is super friendly and always makes fresh chicken in batches. I went with my coworkers for lunch and we loved it. If you order sides i recommend the jumbalaya and a honey biscuit. 10/10 would recommend“
