“We live out of state, so we don't get to enjoy having a Runza unless we visit Nebraska. But on our last trip to NE we stopped to enjoy one! They are the best and the Gretna location has everything you want, clean, friendly, fast and delicious Runzas and fries!!!😁😁“

“Service was great. The food is what you'd want from Arby's. It was nice that they did customize my order, they didn' t have to but they found a way to give me what I wanted.

I wish Arby's brought back the beef and swiss.“

“I had a 2 piece dark fried chicken with an original biscuit and mashed potatoes. The chicken and mashed potatoes were good. I thought the biscuit was yummy! I liked the little bit of sweet it had. I would definitely eat there again, I want to try the fried shrimp.“

“The wait was a little longer than we had anticipated. For the length of wait, we expected the food to be hot. It was not. The Coney Island QtrLb Hotdog was a real disappointment it should have been advertised as a footlong Chili dog. It was cold and sloppy. The Chicken Club was sub-par. My son likes the fries and the blue raspberry slushie ALOT. Overall, the staff did their best in serving and follow up ranch service. Not the level of food quality that I remember.“

“I luv me Arbys! Hear me out. I walked into Arby’s thinking I’d just grab a quick sandwich… and suddenly I’m in a full-blown meat convention.
The guy behind the counter looked me dead in the eye and said, “We have the meats.”
And you know what? They weren’t lying. Roast beef, brisket, turkey, ham… I’m pretty sure if you ask politely they’ll slice up a T-Rex.
I ordered a roast beef and halfway through eating it I realized something: this sandwich has more layers than my tax return money.
Also, whoever invented the curly fries deserves a Nobel Prize in potato engineering. I don’t know how they make fries shaped like a slinky, but I’m not asking questions.
The only downside is that after eating there I sat in my truck for 15 minutes contemplating life, my choices, and whether I should order another one.“

“Ordered on the app just a few minutes away, order was ready when I got there. The lady behind the counter was talking to an employee and when she saw me, she immediately switched attention to me, greeted me pleasantly and asked if I needed anything; such positive customer service! The food was also hot and well prepared not just stuffed in the container. The best fast food experience I have had in a long time!“

“Went this evening and Jackie was so nice. She took her time and the sandwiches were actually even. I don't know if she's new but I haven't seen her in their before. Give this girl a raise because usually the people in there are mediocre.“
