Initial entry, me and my 2 sons were the only customers. No greeting, or acknowledgement that we were in their store. If not for the quality of the food, we would not consider a repeat visit.
Such an awesome surprise today!We stopped in for a quick bite to eat at Subway (623 US-6). As we walked in, our son locked his eyes on one of the employees & the smiles were so contagious for us all! A sweet gentleman aka “Santa” was working and provided us with the most AMAZING customer service we have ever received.I wish we caught his name, but please.. bring the family in and say hi! Let me start by saying I am a huge Subway fan and eat here at least 3X/wk. I was near the Gretna location, which is nowhere near our usual store, and stopped in to grab my son and I lunch one Saturday. I was so dissatisfied it wasn't even funny. The 2 young gentlemen who were working had no clue how to prepare our sandwiches or ring up the food. Several soda options in the fountain were out, and not a single cookie was made to sell.
