Let me start by saying I am a huge Subway fan and eat here at least 3X/wk. I was near the Gretna location, which is nowhere near our usual store, and stopped in to grab my son and I lunch one Saturday. I was so dissatisfied it wasn't even funny. The 2 young gentlemen who were working had no clue how to prepare our sandwiches or ring up the food. Several soda options in the fountain were out, and not a single cookie was made to sell. As if this wasn't bad enough, their customer service etiquette was poor at best as they were arguing about something totally irrelevant at the moment. They both lacked any enthusiasm whatsoever for the way their business was portrayed, and boy, was it apparent! I'll never quit eating Subway, but you can't pay me to go back to the Gretna location.

Didn’t use gloves, had hair hanging off them, didn’t know what they were doing, took 15 minutes for two sandwiches, and didn’t even wrap up the sandwich fully.

Don't order online from this location. Untrained staff with bad attitude ? waited patiently for order that was over 30 minutes late. They prepared someone else's order ahead of mine while I was the only person waiting. They defended everything they did as right. After 45 minutes finally received my order. Do not recommend.

I go to this Subway all the time they recently added a new manager. She has made it so I can no longer build my own sandwiches. She was extremely rude!

Initial entry, me and my 2 sons were the only customers. No greeting, or acknowledgement that we were in their store. If not for the quality of the food, we would not consider a repeat visit.

Such an awesome surprise today!We stopped in for a quick bite to eat at Subway (623 US-6). As we walked in, our son locked his eyes on one of the employees & the smiles were so contagious for us all! A sweet gentleman aka “Santa” was working and provided us with the most AMAZING customer service we have ever received.I wish we caught his name, but please.. bring the family in and say hi! He was the sweetest man with an amazing story about how they recently just moved to Nebraska!Subway at the Gretna location should be very proud of him, I wish there were more people in this world like him!Thank you Santa for making not only our sons day, but also making ours!

I have been ordering pick up at this location and several times in a row my sandwich has been great. Not over stuffed or too messy. I'll be back again!
