“Great location. Easy to find. Smelled great walking in. Restroom and dining room at tbis location were clean. In men's restroom I did notice the toilet just barely wet at seal... 99% it just needs a wax ring replacement. But still clean.“
“Went this evening and Jackie was so nice. She took her time and the sandwiches were actually even. I don't know if she's new but I haven't seen her in their before. Give this girl a raise because usually the people in there are mediocre.“

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

“I don't write reviews but I am super compelled to do so for this Penn Station Subs location. It is by far my favorite sandwich shop (and admittedly, I don't even like sandwiches all that much but CRAVE their subs). I regularly get the Founder's Special, which is incredibly savory and like a flavor bomb. The food is always great (get the fries, get a cookie, it's all so good). Additionally, the employees have always been AMAZING and so incredibly friendly. I don't go in nearly as much as I want to, but just in the extra handful of times I have been in there, they recognize me, know me by name, and talk to me as if I am a weekly regular. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a clean, inviting chain sandwich shop, BUT it's these phenomenal employees that make the atmosphere five stars. Five stars all around!“

“I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed to include additional items in the bag that we ordered. I could go on and on about their failures but the bug in my sandwich says it all! Huge disappointment! MASSIVE FAILURE!“

“Walked in the store amazed and viciously stimulated , Wes had had the store looking like Mr clean 🧼 was in the house and had all the product fresh and bread cooking. You can tell he used clean water to mop too. I never walked into a store so clean and fresh in my 41 years of life!!! I know it’s real because I wrote this review in store. He deserves it“
“I stopped in for lunch today and had a mixed experience. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, which I appreciated. I went up to the register to order, but no one ever came over to help. It was clearly the lunch rush, so it seemed like the team may have been a bit understaffed.
After waiting for a bit, I ended up just taking a seat and placing my order through the app at 11:29 AM. My sandwich was ready at 11:40 AM, and it was great as always. The food quality was exactly what I expect from Jimmy John’s.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would have been nice to be able to order at the counter instead of having to switch to the app. Hopefully it was just a busy moment and not the usual experience.“

“We went to the grand opening for the new Jersey Mike's location in La Vista by Costco. The staff was super friendly, clean and inviting atmosphere plus the sandwiches were delicious! We highly recommend 👍“

“Ordered ahead for a late dinner after my daughter’s soccer game. Everything was ready on time, and everything was accurate and neatly packed. Staff was very kind and polite, always a plus for our family of 6! Great dinner after an evening game :-)“

“I really like subway. Subway is my favorite place to eat! I love when they put the stuff I want on my sandwiches on my sandwiches, it makes me very happy. That’s why I have given a 5 star review. As you can see, I put 4 for service. This is because of the worker Ashley. She was mean. She was LGBTQ. I hated the service but I love subway so it was alright.“

“An Omaha staple since 1969. It's nice to see that they are making a comeback. Stopped for lunch through the drive thru, normally I'd dine in due to liking extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich (gets soggy really fast) but I had to get back to the office. The go-to is the #11 aka Royal Treat made the Little Kong way. Instead of soaking the bread they were nice enough to place the extra oil and vinegar in cups and by the time I was able to enjoy my lunch my bread wasn't soggy! Definitely be back again and again. Thanks!“

“Very clean subway and I have to say the two employees working were so sweet and kind. They did a great job making our food and putting on just perfect portions. It was a very friendly environment!
Kid-friendliness: Always a great place to bring the kids. They have kid milk options or water. I usually order a 6 inch and have them cut it in half.

“This was my first (but definitely not last!) "Unwich". For those not familiar with these, they are the standard sandwich wrapped in a nice big lead of lettuce. I had been apprehensive about getting on because I thought it would be fairly insubstantial and I would still be hungry. NOT!! The ingredients were excellent, the portion was absolutely adequate and the mouth feel was very satisfying. Service was excellent... did a great time answering questions. I have Celiac Disease and It's awesome to find a totally tasty option for when I'm craving a sub. Well done!“

“I ordered my sandwiches though the app, but I chose the wrong JJ. The staff there said no problem and called the other location to cancel my order. Then the quickly made my order. I was in and out in less than ten minutes!! Fabulous service!!“

“Went through the drive thru and the line 5 cars. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to order and when we got the order it was wrong. We ordered a Slim 1 and a number 14 Bootlegger. On the Bootlegger we ordered no tomato, add sauce and oregano. The still put on the tomatoes and did not add any sauce or oregano.“
