Picked up lunch for a party of 30 that was not organized very well, no names on the sandwiches etc. Chanel recognized this and felt bad about the order. She contacted us and made it RIGHT!! This is what we call excellent Customer Service! Thank you Chanel from the RetireSmart Team!
Some would rate service lower. I work retail. I understand keeping top shelf help is tough (especially in this day and age). The food here is always excellent. Also, I wasn't there for atmosphere. This isn't a place for "impress me date night". It's simply a kick butt sandwich shop.
