Friendly and helpful staff and great food!
Do not order through the drive thru. We ordered and all was confirmed. Waited at window for 10 min and then the worker came to the window and said what are you waiting on? We then had to place the order all over again.

Panera Bread is known for its tasty food and great service, with employees who are attentive and friendly. The kitchen staff is quick and the food meets expectations. However, there is room for improvement in cleanliness, as the dining area could benefit from vacuuming and the restaurant's condition appears to be poorly maintained. The parking is hidden and there is no sidewalk or clear walkway for pedestrians. Some found the food okay, and others felt it was good food but very expensive and not worth the price. The drive-through employee almost acted like it was an inconvenience and didn't ask about cream cheese for bagels. One customer mentioned being understaffed during their visit and that the kiosk did not function properly. Wheelchair accessibility is basically nonexistent.
