This is a review about their AI phone service that is used when ordering pizza. After the call, it asked me to rate my experience. I gave their AI service a rating of 5. However, when I went to pick up my pizza, it hadn't even been started, and the name I gave, wasn't what was on the ticket, so the pizza guy thought I was at the wrong address.
