PepperJax Grill serves good food, including delicious cheese steaks and sides like chips and salsa. The restaurant has a new layout, and while it's a nice change, some miss the open kitchen where food was prepared in front of customers. However, the dining experience can be improved, as some areas of the restaurant, like the air duct register and bathrooms, need cleaning and maintenance. The bathrooms, in particular, had issues with hot water and cleanliness. Despite these issues, PepperJax Grill remains a good option for a meal, especially with their vegetarian cheese steak option, and their delivery service provides the same quality as dining in.
