“I used to work at Subway so it’s hard to find people that can make a great sandwich for me but the sandwich artist here make some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Plus they are really chill. I tend to be kind of annoying and picky (that’s what happens when you’ve worked at Subway before) BUT they REALLY are the best. That’s why I keep coming back.“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

From the warm greeting from Josh as we entered the restaurant to the vibe in helping us order exactly what we love then delivering even better than we expected! We knew, this was not a standard, run of the mill sandwich shop.., this was more like eating a gourmet restaurant! He and his team were exceptional! Penn Station is now our “Go to” place to eat! The guys working make perfect sandwiches and actually make them look nice and perfect amount of toppings on every sandwich! The place is always clean and no matter if I stop by in the afternoon or later at night, I always get the same perfect sandwiches and best service!“

“I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed to include additional items in the bag that we ordered. I could go on and on about their failures but the bug in my sandwich says it all! Huge disappointment! MASSIVE FAILURE!“

“The employee I see most often is Renae. She's fantastic. Always very polite and always has a smile on her face. Always makes my sandwich with great care and quickly as well. She makes it very easy to choose eating at this subway. As for the restaurant itself it's always clean and ordered.“

“I ordered the new BBQ brisket and honestly it wasn’t great the meat felt old and couldn’t finish it but you might be wondering why it’s 5 stars. Bc I called later that night and explained my issue and they added credit back to my account and used them today. The staff was very friendly and I ordered my typical “beach club” and it was fantastic. Thank you Team for resolving the issue and making it right. You’re doing the right thing taking care of your customers keep it up!“

“Very clean subway and I have to say the two employees working were so sweet and kind. They did a great job making our food and putting on just perfect portions. It was a very friendly environment!

Kid-friendliness: Always a great place to bring the kids. They have kid milk options or water. I usually order a 6 inch and have them cut it in half.

Parking: Parking right out front!“

“Walked in the store amazed and viciously stimulated , Wes had had the store looking like Mr clean 🧼 was in the house and had all the product fresh and bread cooking. “Come in on a Tuesday at hit the night shift crew and you will be impressed. Just be kind and patience and stand in-front of green order here sign if they are not up front. Look, it was magical k. “This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! “This was my first (but definitely not last!) "Unwich". For those not familiar with these, they are the standard sandwich wrapped in a nice big lead of lettuce. I had been apprehensive about getting on because I thought it would be fairly insubstantial and I would still be hungry. NOT!! The ingredients were excellent, the portion was absolutely adequate and the mouth feel was very satisfying. Service was excellent... did a great time answering questions. I have Celiac Disease and It's awesome to find a totally tasty option for when I'm craving a sub. Well done!“

This store has been by far my best experience to date. 9 out of 10 times the vegetables on my sandwich are typical a day from being expired, this store had fresh veggies and service with a smile. The 12 inch sub was enough for a little over a meal for a person with an above average appetite. The service was friendly. The price was reasonable. The restaurant was clean.“

“Love a good sub from Jersey Mike's, but every time I order a sandwich they make it a complicated process. Ordered a Club Supreme which comes with bacon and mayo. I say make it Mike's way which should imply to keep the sandwich as is then put the Mike's way toppings on it. Then that's where they ask me if I want each topping lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon, mayo. Yes I want everything that comes on the sandwich with Mike's way. Shouldn't be that difficult.“

“Great location. Easy to find. Smelled great walking in. Restroom and dining room at tbis location were clean. In men's restroom I did notice the toilet just barely wet at seal... 99% it just needs a wax ring replacement. But still clean.“

“Picture doesn’t do my sandwich justice. I got the cubano. I get the sliced wheat bread, because I don’t like the French bread. The sandwich is only showing one half, but it comes full. It was fresh and it was made how a sandwich should be made, no skimping out here! I won’t mind spending $13 on lunch (if you get a combo, sandwiches are cheaper by themselves), because at least you’ll get a quality meal for it being a fast sub place.“
