“My wife and I just ate here for dinner a few nights ago. We had the smash burger with garlic parmesan tallow fries and black aioli sauce, and calamari with spaetzle mac and cheese. We could not stop eating! The food was bursting with exciting flavors and perfection textures! My wife said the burger was the best she had ever had, and the fries rivaled ones we had last year in Belgium! For me the breading on the calamari was incredibly lite and crispy, and the calamari itself was perfectly cooked! Also, Abigail was an incredible waitress that helped us truly enjoy our night!“

“We just spent the weekend at the Arbor Day lodge. The accommodations were excellent. The food at Timbers was amazing! The scenery was the best. The trails were so lovely and well kept. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. If you’re looking to connect with nature with your family, this is an excellent place. The camp fire and s’mores put it over the top!“

“Visited this establishment twice while in the area once for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast is really good, great portions and taste home made. Dinner was also a great tasty food experience. The service could use some work sat for close to 20mins before i got asked what I wanted to drink when I arrived for dinner. Also make sure your sugar is sugar, i salted my coffee instead of sweetened it and was told that happens often due to employees placing salt in the sugar during refilling them.“
