Ordered the original Runza sandwich and 2 sandwich cookies. The saws which was great but the cookies on the sandwich were unfortunately too hard even after the ice cream was starting too melt. We ordered the food to go so I can’t critique on the atmosphere inside. All in all I enjoyed the food!

I was in Omaha to run an errand, and needed to grab lunch before hitting the road again. I had exact change after my gift cards, and the person at the window was so wonderful and kind. I got fresh, hot food. I was even reminded how hot it would be. They even offered me extra honey mustard.

I have never been to a Runza with a worker who smiled so big! Taylor was a fresh of breath air. The man running the window for food was a different story. I felt that in the time I sat there eating, he was rude to his employee who was keeping the front running and maintaining the cleanliness all at the same time. Keep your smile Taylor you deserve a raise!!!
i don’t think i’ve ever not once gotten hot fresh food here. love runza but this location obviously lacks management.

Excellent fast food. Runzas still hit the spot. Their ice cream and shakes are great desserts on these hot days!Parking: 30+ spots adjacent to the building.
Employees were very friendly and considerate however they ran out of Runza filling. They weren't sure how long it would take to make more. They said this happens occasionally. We got a good laugh since it's in their name. We ended up going to another location...no big deal.Side note: The lobby was a little dirty as well as the dinning area at this location.

Taylor was outstanding! She was so friendly and so great at multi-tasking.
Food is always quick even when it's busy. Always clean. We come here frequently as the kids like the free ice cream with their kids meal.
