“I was host for a meeting for my women's group and set up to have meeting at PizzaWest Maple St. The day of the meeting, I had a family issue arise. I stopped at PizzaWest before rushing off to help family - just to make sure everything was still set for the meeting and ordered a couple pizzas for the ladies since I was not sure I would be back. PizzaWest was awesome! The ladies said they were well taken care of once they arrived. Thank you!!!”

“Hutong is where I first tried sushi as a teen and has been my go-to sushi spot for over a decade. Though I now live much closer to other shops, I still drive 30 min to eat here bc it’s that good! Love the crab cakes! I’ve probably tried every roll by now but my faves are the Make U Dancing, Godzilla, and the Spicy Tuna. Honestly, they’re all great. The servers are so nice, the food is made quickly, and it’s always clean. <3”

Shout out to Julie who answers the phone for bread orders as well as any questions you may have. She was polite and patient with hearing me out when I was trying to find a specific kind of bread. I also want to give a shout out to Jim Rotella. Same positive attitude as Julie and after I told him what I was looking for he said he would find out what he could for me and that he would call me back in a few minutes. With a business like Rotellas I’m sure they’re busy, so I wasn’t expecting a call right away (which was okay with me). Sure enough Jim calls me back within a few minutes. Those two went above and beyond for me. Also shoutout to the ladies I always see working in the retail store. They’re always willing to help and I have never had a bad experience from there. As someone that’s new to the food truck business I’m glad they’re the ones I buy my bread from.”

And they wrote it on the boxes! It was so sweet and the pizza was a little earlier than expected as well. Always great food, but the service at the La Vista store is what always makes me want to go there, over other pizza places. They never forget the extra sauces I order as well. I can’t stand ordering and paying for an extra sauce and not getting it. Valentinos never does that! Thank you so much!”

The building is still in the old shape, which is very to look at. I enjoy the shape. The insides though are changed to the regular new normal. However the glass windows looking into the low ceiling areas are still prevalent.

While I didn't like the sandwich too much as it lacked a little in the meat taste department, the onion rings were fried good. I also enjoyed my icecream and drink.

We fell back on to runza after planning on going to a pizza place. It was a good idea.

“I picked up a meat lovers pizza yesterday. The pizza was so fresh and delicious. I wish there was a Godfathers Pizza near grand prairie. Our pizza was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Nice staff and clean dining area. Now we wish I had bought 2 pizzas.”
