“Went here today to try out their newest seasonal beers and omg! This is the ONLY place where I will drink a sour. Their cranberry sour was amazing. The Pecan Pie Brown Ale and the Stuffing beer were also very good. And it’s so nice that they have a couple of dairy/meat free options on their menu. We love this place!“

“Great brewery! Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, brewpub was clean, it's a nice size, and there's a beautiful patio, too. On top of that, the beer was excellent. Their Oktoberfest is one of the top 5 Oktoberfest beers I've had; I was really impressed! Oh, and the food was good, too! The menu is modest, but the quality was there. The soft pretzel was one of the best I've had in a while.
The one and only (slight) downside is that the space is concrete floors with hard walls and open ceilings. When it gets busy, it can get loud. If you're sensitive to that, go when it's less busy, get a table away from the middle of the restaurant, or sit on the patio.
Overall, this has become on of my favorite breweries in Omaha. Highly recommended! 👍👍“
“If tomorrow were my last day in Omaha, Scriptown Brewing Company would be at the top of my list of places I would absolutely need to spend time at. Scriptown is everything a local brewery should be: great vibes and location, warm and welcoming staff, and the best tasting beer in town. Scriptown was on Farnam Street before Blackstone turned into the bustling nightlife street that it is today. It was amazing when it opened, and it has kept its true identity to this day even as the street and the businesses around it have perpetually been changing over the past 10 years. The owner John is a true beer guy: he's an expert at his craft and simultaneously doesn't fall into "trendy" beers while also listening to his customer base on what they want. It's been incredible to watch them navigate the hurdles COVID threw their way, incorporate a side restaurant, garage doors on the front of the business, and host live music events. Evan is the Czar of Scriptown. Incredibly nice bartender who I'd bet a weeks worth of wages that he knows his regulars better than any bartender in the city. If you're a runner, be sure to give Scriptown Running Club a shot. Rain or shine, 100 degrees or -10 degrees, they meet every Thursday. Last, don't be alarmed if you don't drink beer - they make their own ginger beer and have the best mules in Omaha as well. Quit reading this review and go try it for yourself - I promise you won't be disappointed.“
“The beer selection is spot on! We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and shared 2 pizzas and the Pretzels with beer cheese. Everything was delicious 😋 also loved the chill vibe, we ended up playing card games for a while even after we finished eating.“
“This is a fun little brewery. It’s nestled in an appealing old village Main Street area. There was ample free parking around the brewery. When I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a lively group of customers.
There was a full suite of beer styles allowing anyone to find something. There were 13 beers on tap on my visit, but I count 16 possible taps. My wife and I enjoyed the beers. They were approachable and designed for mass appeal. They told me they intend to continue being a jack of all beers. For instance, they have a Nitro Stout coming for St. Patrick’s Day.
Like many smaller or local breweries, they have a variety of hard alcohols for making signature or custom mixed drinks. They have a few mule copper cups and even what looks like Irish Coffee mugs with their house made cold brew. They even make their own house made cellos- lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit.
If you’re in to N/A options, they have a whole page of Mocktails to choose from. There’s even a guest root beer if those are your jam.
I didn’t have trouble finding a seat at a small table, but the upstairs was completely full. The building could benefit from sound treatment as the flat roof and flat floor amplifies the sound to a level that is slightly unpleasant.
They pour a Pint, Half-Pint, and 5 oz. Their flights are 4 of the 5 oz pours. As of writing, getting a flight over individual 5 oz pours saves you $2. The pints were quite affordable averaging about $6 each. There are some 16 oz beers pre-canned to go or they will can you something fresh at the bar.
A couple of the niceties are some lit battery powered tea lights at the small tables and a power outlet and purse holders under the bar. The beer tenders were friendly, with one of them stopping over to chat with us and discuss styles.
They have a few snacks on the menu, though we didn’t try them. I overheard a table appreciating the sourdough pretzel bites with cheese and mustard for dipping.
Overall, it’s a really enjoyable, friendly experience. The place is well lit with a warm, friendly atmosphere. It’s a destination worth making a dedicated drive for.“
“Maddie and the team have done an amazing job at always keeping everyone with a full beer and a smile. They are constantly attentive to everyone’s needs regardless if it’s five people or 50 people in the bar. This place is an absolute must if you’re in Omaha and willing and wanting to try our local beer!“
“This brewery is best for true average beer drinkers who want the taste of classic beers as well as inventive and creative beers. They have been brewing since 2012. Also, they stick to the tradition of having special events and price discounts, where many places merely charge the rack rate and provide nothing else. The staff is always friendly. Parking is free and newly paved. Breadsticks, pizza, and other items are offered, including local THC drinks. This place may be a bit out of your way as it is in a more secluded development, but worth the travel.“

“Really good beer. The fine folks that run the place (Lea & Jimmi Watson) are great people & their staff are every bit as good. If in the Omaha area, I consider this a must stop. Drink local.“
