Had a great evening with family and friends. The brews were very good and food was delicious. Will post food photos as we will be going back. Really enjoyed our first visit
That IS a tasty burger! Try the beer cheese burger, all the drinks are delicious too
Beer was amazing the shandy wild berry is a must try the 5oz servings were good to try new beers there appetizer pretzel with ppr jack cheese was really soft and there chips and salsa was really good as well. We will be back for sure!

Monolithic Brewing is a great restaurant to visit, offering a variety of flavors and well-balanced beers, especially the hefeweizen and the Benevolent Sun, a bright, citrusy hazy IPA. The pretzel is a must-try, along with the Chips and Beer Cheese or the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap. Located in a new building, it features a back patio by the water with a peaceful little pond and fountain, perfect for summer evenings. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, checking in often. Beers are considered good and reasonably priced compared to similar places, with standout options like the Chupacabra, a super drinkable Mexican-style lager. While the food menu is small, it’s solid, with wraps, sandwiches, and apps. The space is cozy, with open doors and a patio that’s ideal for sipping and unwinding. Monolithic Brewing is a brewery that has food, not a restaurant that serves beer, and it owns that identity in the best way.
