Runza 27th and superior needs new cooks. 2 meals in a row pit cheese on my burger when ordered without and also there so much grease soaked through the wrapper in the 4 mins takes get home. Other ruznas around town I have zero issues with. Do yourself a favor skip this one.
I went through their backed-up drive thru, and it was surprisingly fast and efficient. I hadn't been here before. The employees seemed friendly. However, I was told there aren't any onions in the mushroom runza, and it was slathered in onions. I did take a bite of the kids' cheeseburger, and it was delicious, and the French fries were delicious. The kids' meal did not come with a toy. I love that they chose Pepsi over Coke. Everything is clean. Food is hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place for quick family meals.Kid-friendliness: Staff are very patient with active kiddos. There are lots of windows to look out of. Every kids meal comes with a small ice cream treat coupon.
