I ordered onion rings w/my basket rather than fries. They brought out fries and I didn't catch it at first. Within a few minutes I realized the error, had my friend take my basket back up to the counter and ask for onion rings. Shortly one of their staff brought my basket back and said if I wanted onion rings I would have to pay for them (I had not originally been charged which I had no idea). All four of us were speechless!!!! VERY tacky!
The food is always so delicious here and the service is always friendly! It’s my number one choice for a fast food burger and their custard is so amazing. Also, they have amazing root beer too!

Went through drive through very busy. Got to the window and got my drinks, got my food a short time later. Got home five minutes later. Food was ice cold. I ordered fish sandwich, there was one little piece of fish the rest was poured on tarrer sauce and bread. The burger I was told was cold and wouldn't eat it. Fries were soggy and ice cold. Will never go back.
