I really enjoyed Carmela's. The food was very tasty. Our server was very helpful as we had never been there before. The atmosphere was very relaxing...just what I needed. I will definitely be visiting again.
We have been to Carmela’s several times for date night and we alway felt “special “ and had a lovely meal. Unfortunately the last time we went the food quality has lessened. The appetizer (potato chips with blue cheese-ugh) was too salty to eat. The chicken Juliette was over cooked. The mashed potatoes were soggy. We have visited Carmela's often these past few months, but have continuously been disappointed by the food and service.8 times out of 10, the server is extremely rushed, nearly panicked. Barely any eye contact, and always speaking quickly without giving a moment to listen to what we need or are experiencing.
