Honestly I love the food it's just the customer service sucks. Whenever I make an online purchase and come to pick up there is one gentleman that just looks at me doesn't speak at all. I say who the order is for this time he had hickey all over his neck unprofessional my opinion. I don't like ordering food from this location however it's the closest to home.
The main reason I go to a sub place would be the bread, otherwise I could just make it at home for less. Frequently I'll order the rosemary Parmesan bread (app order) and see that I got white bread when I get home. It wasn't busy, so it wasn't like they were in a rush, I came in a few minutes early and it was already bagged up and waiting.
