“I visited the Burger King on S. 177th Plaza last week and forgot my review I was very impressed by the service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I especially want to commend Mary and Chris, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Mary took my order with a smile and made sure I got everything I wanted. Chris prepared my food quickly and neatly, and even added some extra fries as a bonus. They both checked on me several times and asked if I needed anything else. They were very professional and courteous, and they made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely come back to this Burger King and recommend it to my friends. “my husband and i work overnights and this one of the few places that cater to both of us since my husband usually doesn't want breakfast items and I do. we come here almost every other week after i get off and the manager patricia (i think that's her name. the super nice lady who works in the morning. if not, i'm so so sorry) is also super friendly and makes sure we get our food fresh and hot which makes our day. we love coming to this burger king and she is one of the main reasons we keep coming back and will continue to do so :)“

“Sadly, I never caught their name, but twice my significant other and I have come here close to when the location is supposed to be closed down (which I'm so sorry that this happens) because we get off of our jobs late into the night. The server who was working on the first visit was the highlight of our entire day-she was incredibly sweet and because they had a little bit left over, she gave us some extra fries to take home with us (since I believe it was just her by that point) and she was trying to close things down.I feel bad that we've never caught her name, but she's been working both times that we've grabbed our late dinner-she deserves a raise/promotion/whatever you could possibly offer her, because she deserves it.Again, I feel incredibly bad that we have come both times when it's very close to closing-but she's amazing! ^.^“
“Imagine, wake up at 6 o’clock in the morning on your day off because you cat is being a nuisance and you think to yourself well at least I can have some Burger King breakfast because I actually woken up in time to get some. “It's Burger King people. You don't go here for top shelf cuisine. It's fast food. That being said, this location has never been a disappointment. They are close to our business, and they always deliver with very friendly vibes. We frequent here often. If your desires are an unforgettable eating experience, you may want to try an actual restaurant with chefs that attended culinary schools. Again, it's Burger King. These employees do a fine job. “Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.“
“The manager and crew made my day!they kept on dancing and singing while preparing orders and dealing with the lunch rush and some incredibly challenging customers...(tip: if your response when a fast food order isn't correct- is to scream profanities and threaten violence ...it's probably wise to bring your lunch to work - )However this crew handled that customer with 5 star service 5 star attitudes and dance moves!“

“One day I went to Burger King and a short boy with straight hair ( not trying to be rude) took my order and he was a friendly kid. When I went to the window he was nice. He had good manners, offering me if I needed anything else. He also made my day by being nice and saying have a good day, and enjoy your food. I was looked at a couple of times, but no one said the would be with me in a moment. The atmosphere dull. I felt as if no one wanted to be there. “I have been coming to this location (#3939 50th and Center) for over 30 years. Recently this location was struggling with staff and service. (The facility could use a major facelift) But, I am so glad to see that there is all new staff! Customer service and quality has significantly improved! Even the frozen coke machine is working! Mireya works the drive thru window almost everytime I come through. She is always so friendly and courteous and my order is always correct. Good job to her and her crew!“
