“Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.“
“I’m not normally out at 2am and buying fast food, but staying in the Comfort Inn has my schedule a little off this week. So when I woke up I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, or where I was going to go, and I went next door to Burger King on a whim (at 2:30am on December 19th). I had the best interaction with the young man working the window. His attitude was outstanding, and should be the standard by which all your other employees work your windows. Seriously, that part is lacking in most of my other Burger King experiences during the day, and it was notable enough to type out a review for him at 3am before I go back to sleep! My best advice to you is to promote that man, and pay him well.“
“I had a wonderful experience! They were the nicest employees and were so empathetic and compassionate. The fries were fresh and the whopper junior was excellent. And icing on the cake was that it was the cleanest Burger King I had ever been in. Thank you again!“
“I have to say Dennis made my day today. I go to methodist for infusions my daughter wanted bk breakfast so I ordered it online, not even paying attention to time. I get there at 10:30ish and breakfast is over lunch has begun, but Dennis and the team still made it happen. Thank you Dennis and bk team. That was truly wonderful customer service. The times I've come here Dennis has always been very friendly it's a nice to be greeted with a friendly face.“
“This five star reviews going to Christy I believe she's the manager or one of the managers at this location. She helped me the other day when I came inside because the drive-thru looked really busy. “Went to burger king yesterday as soon as I walked in “hello sir how are you” really surprised me!
Waited about 1-2 mins max for my food, two whoppers two large fries and 2 shakes.
And when I went to go use the restroom surprisingly it was clean!“
“Tried a Whopper today... Was kinda a mess and had half of a lettuce core on it... Was a bit surprised. (Not cool) Also,had to tell the lady at the window my order again, she thought my order was something else... (Who cares really)

Good food, good service. Sidenote: I ordered one of their classic apple pies and was surprised that is actually better than McDonald's apple pies, well done. 👍 P.s. I've been eating here a couple times a week for the last couple weeks at lunchtime and I have not ran into any of the issues that I see in some of the other negative reviews.“
“I dont know the employees name, but today is August 31, 2026 and I went to the 30th and Ames Burger King at 4pm after an epic food fail at Sonic down the street and I wasn't there more than 5ish minutes. Food was freshly made, and very quick. To my understanding they only had 2 employees working when I went. SO WHOEVER IS READING THIS FROM BURGER KING, YALL NEED TO GIVE THEM A FREAKING RAISE. THEYRE A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR TEAM“
“I came in here with a group of five, my spouse and three kids we were treated like it was a restaurant not just fast food. Dave gave crowns to my little kids, myself and my spouse and we all Wore them while we ate our meals. It was nostalgia from when we were kids while having our own experience at Burger King. The workers treat each other with respect they’re very happy and smiling. You can tell it’s a great place to work. The food was super fresh hot we give this place 10 stars. Thank you for the kitchen crew. Thank you for the general manager, Dave and his other management team as well they were all spectacular and impeccable.“

“Tonight I went and there was a guy who I told my food wasn’t so good last time . If I’m not mistaking the person taking my order, was a young Mexican boy with dark black hair , he came out and said you can check it , with a cool little pose and confidence . “Brady was at the drive through window the night I drove up. It was late (little past 10:30) and I was getting hungry. I explained to him the situation, but I didn’t have a lot cash on me. We talked for a minute about my preferences (mild or spicy chicken, potatoes etc). I told him just do what he can do with the little money I had. He told me not to worry just drive up to the window.
When I got there I found Brady to be one of the most helpful and energetic people I’ve ever met. When giving me my order he told me not to worry, that im taken care of . I thanked Brady for everything he did for me , he said it was no problem at all, enjoy my meal,. After extending his hand there was a firm handshake between Brady and myself and I went home to an entire dinner that was both hot and fresh. Not to mention very filling

“I took my chance on this Burger King again and they were having technical difficulties in the drive-through. They were taking orders at the window, but I was very impressed by the fast friendly service and my food was hot and fresh. I will be returning this Burger King‘s making a comeback.“
