“I was at the counter trying to get my app working and was having a hard time. Jay helped me get my app up and also my payment added so I could use my coupon to order. He was extremely helpful and I really appreciated everything he did, a wonderful employee for Burger King.“

“I just went through the drive through Thursday, 12/4/2025 @ 8:15AM. Can I just say, as a store manager of a business myself, whoever the girl was in the drive-through today that took my order and gave me my order, I just wanted to say you are absolutely somebody I would hire! Wow, she was so friendly and actually had a real smile on her face. She put me in a great mood for the morning. Whoever you are, thank you for being so nice! It actually really goes a long way! My food was really good too! Burger King-this young lady should train everybody on excellent customer service :-)“

“I’m not normally out at 2am and buying fast food, but staying in the Comfort Inn has my schedule a little off this week. So when I woke up I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, or where I was going to go, and I went next door to Burger King on a whim (at 2:30am on December 19th). I had the best interaction with the young man working the window. His attitude was outstanding, and should be the standard by which all your other employees work your windows. Seriously, that part is lacking in most of my other Burger King experiences during the day, and it was notable enough to type out a review for him at 3am before I go back to sleep! My best advice to you is to promote that man, and pay him well.“

“Lisa at Burger King is seriously A1, no exaggeration. From the moment I walked in, she had everything on point. Energy was right, attitude was solid, and she actually treated me like a real customer instead of just another order number. That alone already puts her above most places.

She was quick without rushing, if that makes sense. Like she knew what she was doing, stayed efficient, but still made sure everything was correct. No confusion, no attitude, no sloppy work. That kind of balance is rare. You can tell she’s experienced and actually cares about how she does her job.

What stood out the most was her vibe. Positive, respectful, and real. Not fake nice, not robotic. Just genuine. That changes the whole experience, especially at a fast food spot where people usually don’t expect much. She made it feel smooth and easy.

Food came out right, order was clean, no missing items, no issues. That’s basic, but somehow not everyone gets it right. Lisa did, no problem.

Straight up, if every place had someone like her running things, customer service wouldn’t even be a complaint anymore. She sets the standard. Definitely deserves recognition for how she works thanks Lisa fr !! .“

“I have to say Dennis made my day today. I go to methodist for infusions my daughter wanted bk breakfast so I ordered it online, not even paying attention to time. I get there at 10:30ish and breakfast is over lunch has begun, but Dennis and the team still made it happen. Thank you Dennis and bk team. That was truly wonderful customer service. The times I've come here Dennis has always been very friendly it's a nice to be greeted with a friendly face.“

“Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.“

“Had lunch at this Burger King while running a few errands and it was a pretty good experience overall. The food came out fresh, especially the Whopper and fries. The dining area looked clean and there was plenty of seating available. Staff were friendly enough and got my order right without any issues. Service was a little slower than I expected, but nothing too bad considering it was fairly busy. Everything tasted good and the prices felt reasonable for a quick meal. I'd definitely come back when I'm craving a burger and don't want to spend a ton of money.“

“Took a long time in the drive through. The lady kept saying she couldn't hear us. She needs her hearing checked cuz we were yelling after we shut the cat and radio off. Then after we paid it took a while then also. But the food was delicious.“

“Went through Burger King the other day and it was a pretty decent experience overall. The food came out fresh, fries were hot which doesn’t always happen lol. The cashier was polite, maybe a bit quiet but still helpful. Place looked clean enough, not perfect but nothing to complain about. My order took a few extra minutes but it wasn’t too bad. “Came and the staff were very helpful with the new Mandalorian meals and merch, I did buy a cup and the garlic chicken fries were good. -1 for the fries I dont think they were done right and then it got busy so I just tossed them. Plenty of parking and seats. I liked that the kids crowns were available-I can grab one vs bothering an employee“

“I was the last one to order breakfast, they took the order and the screen menu changed to lunch. The guy repeated what just order and stated that I was the last breakfast order. I look at the time and they was point. I had a second thought and now I wanted lunch. I got the window and I order another sandwich. They was super cool, I waited while park and he came out to deliver my food. Once got i to my destination to eat. I burger was neatly wrapped in a box, better what the picture displayed. “Brady was at the drive through window the night I drove up. It was late (little past 10:30) and I was getting hungry. I explained to him the situation, but I didn’t have a lot cash on me. We talked for a minute about my preferences (mild or spicy chicken, potatoes etc). I told him just do what he can do with the little money I had. He told me not to worry just drive up to the window.
When I got there I found Brady to be one of the most helpful and energetic people I’ve ever met. When giving me my order he told me not to worry, that im taken care of . I thanked Brady for everything he did for me , he said it was no problem at all, enjoy my meal,. After extending his hand there was a firm handshake between Brady and myself and I went home to an entire dinner that was both hot and fresh. Not to mention very filling

“Tonight I went and there was a guy who I told my food wasn’t so good last time . If I’m not mistaking the person taking my order, was a young Mexican boy with dark black hair , he came out and said you can check it , with a cool little pose and confidence . I told him I believed him, as me and my son are home now this is the best Cooked meal from there I’ve had . I don’t know your name but thank you for listening, 7/6/2025 BK give him a raise :)“

“really really nice employees, always nice and super friendly and helpful. management needs to fix the sewage problem that's been ongoing. every time i come in the food is great and service is good but it stinks really bad in the lobby. the smell is the worst in the mens bathroom so maybe a bad p-trap or something. thanks a lot guys and thanks for being open.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids once they get the smell taken care of, good sized tables and high chairs available. good priced kids meal with a toy.“
