The last two times I've tried to get breakfast here they weren't open or they weren't answering the drive thru. The food has been fine but the service, not so much. I suggest McDonalds down the street.
Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.

90%+ of the biscuits I've gotten from here have been crunchy/hard, either cooked too long, or left too long in the warmer. For it to happen as often as it does it must be common procedure here. (90% is not an exaggeration) you're better off going next door to the gas station for your breakfast needs. It will be more fresh, and that is a very sad fact.
