Disappointed to find out that they did not have oatmeal raisin cookies available. The owner told me to call ahead next time to check. Really? A bakery that has allowed themselves to run out of product? This is mismanagement 101 and the business suffers along with customers. Take care of your customers or they will migrate to another bakery!
This is the cutest bakery that I have ever been into. It reminded me of something from hallmark. The dessert selections there were wonderful as well, they even had plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions. They were so easy to work with when we had them do the cake for our wedding. We were only visiting Omaha for a short visit and it also happen to fall on my daughter’s 2nd birthday. The Omaha Bakery really came through for me! They were able to pull off my custom cake order with short notice and they did an amazing job! Also it tastes as great as it looks! Big big thank you!
