“Most of the menu looks great. The chicken was top notch. The southern catfish was okay. The shrimp was great (but it was popcorn, which was a pleasant surprise). Stuffed mushrooms, great. Chicken fried steak was awesome.
The portions are massive. The French fries are some of the best I've had.
Hole in the wall places have the best food, and this place proved that.“

“Went for the first time tonight and had a fantastic meal! My Caesar salad was perfect, and my husband loved his crab chowder. We split an entree and the steak was cooked amazingly well and seasoned just right. Don’t miss out on the crispy cauliflower! Our server Kiki was also delightful. We will definitely be back!“

“I had a lovely birthday dinner (and desert!) last night. This restaurant is homey and spacious and the service was beyond good - thanks Cannon! I had the HOT STONE BIBIMBAP and it was a treat! They have fun signature cocktails - try the LAVENDER BEE’S KNEE. If you are looking for a nice place for a celebration or just a unique dining experience, you won't go wrong choosing this Bistro.“

“Took a nap and dreamt I was eating a whole fried catfish. Searched catfish near me and ended up at this spot. Genuinely a hidden gem. I expected some catfish strips, but they had full bone in catfish, the way it was meant to be served! I had the meal with jacket fries and collard greens 🥬 It was well made and a polite punctual staff! Will definitely be returning!“

“Best and most fresh Guac I've had in forever. The nachos were amazing and the owners were super sweet. We were able to sample the chamoy gummies and all the bloody Mary mixes. Ended up leaving with a few of each thing tested. Can't wait to go back!“

“I liked the atmosphere and the food was great but our Server James F. was OUTSTANDING!! He paid attention to every single detail. He went above and beyond and had a great knowledge of the menu. We travel for business so when we come back to Omaha we will have to make it a priority to come back and definitely ask for James. I hope Fleming’s understands what an asset James is to their establishment and commend him for his service. He is truly a GEM 💎“

“What an amazing dining experience!! We had a party of 7 and our waitress was just phenomenal. She was on top of everything throughout the meal. And such a relaxed atmosphere with high end food. To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. From appetizers, salads, soup, main course and dessert- each bit was melt in your mouth deliciousness. And their drink menu is perfect for anyone's taste. Classic to innovative- their drinks are sure to satisfy. I would definitely recommend trying Cibo Vino out. We will definitely be stopping by again!“

“Have frequented Pizza King many times over the years and have usually had good service. Saw our server we normally have had lately and she said we were sitting in her section and she would be right back. Had a different server named Will for some reason. Right after he took our order Shelby came over and was upset. I told her it was ok. He was ok but not our Shelby. Food was very good as usual“

“Twisted Cork has been a favorite of mine since I was introduced to it at a business lunch ten years ago. Since developing a severe gluten allergy last year, I appreciate this place even more. “We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“I really enjoy shopping at Hy-Vee. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The produce is fresh, and the deli and bakery sections are excellent.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout makes quick trips very convenient. This has become my go-to grocery store in Omaha. Highly recommend!“

“The server was very attentive and pleasant. She did everything very well. I ordered a filet, baked potato and salad with blue cheese dressing. I am not sure that the dressing was what I ordered, because the cheese was not a normal blue cheese crumble, it was more of a shredded cheese, could not tell for sure what it was. I may have had ranch dressing but it really was not that flavor at all. So, it could have been their version of a blue cheese dressing. I did not mention it, as everything else was good.“

“We went for the crab leg buffet last night, but the line was too long. So we decided to give this beautiful restaurant a try. I'm so glad we did! My husband and I got the Crab fondue appetizers, the 16 ounce (!) Ribeye, a side of mashed potatoes, a side of Brussel sprouts and a slice of carrot cake for dessert....for under $100! Everything was delicious! I will be dreaming of that steak! It was cooked perfectly and the crust on the outside? Chef's kiss! The side dish portions are huge!

“Had an amazing meal at Mariscos El Culichi! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish had authentic taste and generous portions, and you could really tell the ingredients were high quality. The seafood was especially fresh and packed with flavor.
The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of great energy, making it a fun place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The restaurant felt clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the visit.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick with service. Everyone was welcoming and made sure we had a great dining experience from start to finish. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience.
I also appreciated the variety on the menu, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Whether you’re craving seafood, traditional flavors, or something new to try, there’s something for everyone.

“I didn't like the imperial shrimp...too much batter and they used the small shrimp, and it was not seasoned well, or at all. The sauce was supposed to be in the side and they put it on the shrimp so the batter was soggy. I specifically asked for fried and sauce on the side. The shrimp in the fried rice were delicious and flavorful,and a decent size.“

“Steak Quesadilla Perfection!

I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth.
The owners clearly know what they're doing, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shines through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the love in every bite are all top-notch.
If you're a quesadilla lover like me, or just looking for an amazing meal, do yourself a favor and get to this food truck ASAP! Order the steak quesadillas with green salsa, and thank me later. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!
