It’s just the best Mexican food I’ve found after almost a total of 3 years of searching! Hands down almost identical to back home
This place has one of the largest parking lots, and the smallest buffets I have ever seen, but every dish is executed so well. They may have the best enchiladas I have ever had. And the fresh tortillas are excellent. The salsa is heated and goes surprisingly well with everything.

Guaca Maya offers authentic Mexican cuisine, not your average enchiladas and tostadas. The food is great and exquisite, with freshly handmade tortillas. The service is outstanding and top notch, and the staff is very nice and treats you like family. The environment is family friendly with a good atmosphere for dancing on the weekends and karaoke on scheduled nights. There is a nice bar area and 'games of skill'. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a long ramp. Overall, it is a 100% recommended place to celebrate a birthday, a very nice place that feels like you leave Omaha when you step inside.
