Twisted Cork has been a favorite of mine since I was introduced to it at a business lunch ten years ago. Since developing a severe gluten allergy last year, I appreciate this place even more. The menu, the attention to detail, and the care shown by both the owner, cooks, and all staff when they are alerted make such a difference. Thank you!
