“Roma’s definitely does not disappoint. I visit every time in town. Service (Sara - no h) was awesome. Huge portions from the apps to the main meal. MUST GET GARLIC & OLIVE OIL DIPPING SAUCE for the bread. Beware it’s addictive and will fill you up before the main course. Main meal could easily be split between 2-3 people, but also great reheated. Kudos to the buss crew who immediately cleared tables as patrons left the establishment. Compliments to all (greeter, server, chef, busser). I’ll be back later this month. Thanks again.“

I ordered the Sicilian chef salad, thin crust sausage and peppers pizza, and it arrived exactly the way it should: salad fresh and pleasing with perfect dressing, Pizza – crisp-edged, hot, with perfectly balanced layers of savory sausage, sweet peppers and enough char. There’s nothing flashy here – just hospitality done right, a warm welcome, and food that respects tradition. If you are any where near Papillion and craving something real, this is a table worth sitting at. As a side note – I also ordered the Sicilian sub, saving it for the next day’s lunch – and it didn’t disappoint. hearty, well layered, and full of bold flavor. It held up beautifully overnight.“

“What an amazing dining experience!! We had a party of 7 and our waitress was just phenomenal. She was on top of everything throughout the meal. And such a relaxed atmosphere with high end food. To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. From appetizers, salads, soup, main course and dessert- each bit was melt in your mouth deliciousness. And their drink menu is perfect for anyone's taste. “Top 3 favorite restaurant!! From the moment we walked in until we left everything was wonderful. The staff is happy and helpful, they were engaging and helped guide us to the right menu options. The cocktails were the best prices I’ve seen in a long time and were delicious!! The food we had was fantastic! The manager stopped by to check on us and was very friendly as well. We had a group that went and we had the Piedmont Manhattan, Duck Duck, Sangria, and Mule for drinks. For apps we had the brussel sprouts and goose bumps (6) which were very generous for appetizers. Finally for dinner we had the herbed salmon sandwich, Italian Dip, and the chicken picatta. To be honest we can’t wait to go back!!!“

“The food was amazing and our server was prompt and sweet. I don't remember her name, sorry. The host, Tyler, was extremely welcoming and understanding which was so nice and when we walked in he held the door open with a smile and greeted us. Need more people like him. When he took us to our table to be seated he spoke well and kindly, even carried on a short conversation with us which was refreshing. When we left he was the last thing we saw and we were very pleased with him. Such a role model for the others in the restaurant! Thank you Tyler! We will be back!“

“10/10 experience here. I had a big dinner party that they were able to get me set up with a few days in advance which was a big win since there was homecoming that weekend. Service was great good was great I want to give a big shout-out to one of your associates, Daniel I believe his name was he did an amazing job and I never got the chance to say thank you before we left so thank you Daniel and thank you to the olive garden team as well!“

My server seemed to be really off, she fumbled her words, had a hard time answering my questions, (maybe she was nervous) etc. I ordered a martini but she brought me something terrible in a rocks glass! We ordered, the salad bar was amazing!!! Fresh and had several choices. Our meal was another story, our waitress got our order wrong. I wanted chicken parmigiana and I got a sandwich?! She did get it corrected but I had to wait longer. At the end of our meal the manager trish came over to offer apologies. She also brought me the martini I originally asked for that she said she made herself. Awesome!! It was delicious!! She was friendly, chatted with us for a moment and deliver our bill. She didn’t even charge me for the drink! We noticed her guiding our server who was then having issues at another table. I would say we won’t be back but Trish really helped turned our opinion around! She’s definitely a manager who cares! We will give it another try and hopefully just get a more proficient server!“

“We were looking for a place to have lunch not too far from the Omaha airport on the way back from Lincoln. I googled it and after looking at the recommendations and their menus, we selected this. It is an adorable restaurant. We ordered wine and their wood fired pizzas. It was delicious. I am a pizza fan, but I normally do not eat the crust. The crust was delicious and we both finished the entire pizza. Our server was awesome. If we lived near by we would definitely go back. We both highly recommend it.“

The building and the vibe on the inside is pretty spectacular too. Also—don’t sleep on the milkshakes! Had the butterfinger shake and it was a wonderful ending to the meal.“

Got a Detroit style (I’m from Detroit - it was worthy). Big place but fills up quick for dinner. “I have never had a meal at Lansky's before and the Pizza was dynamite! I ordered a peperoni pizza and hamburger, black olive and mushroom pizza combo. The customer service by Claudia at the front area service salad bar / cashier check out was absolutely fantastic! She an energetic personality and a wonderful smile. “Personal butchers special - it was good, had a nice golden/brown cheese on top with a decent underbelly to hold it together.

Large cheese ravioli - it was good but not that much flavor going on and same with the marinara sauce. They had a little bit of flavor but other than that mostly just bland.

Overall everything was good. I really enjoyed the pizza and as for the appetizer I might change it up next time.“

“Honestly I was blown away with how good the pizza was. I'm familiar with this chain from malls and the like and always thought it was unremarkable but got a pizza with extra cheese and a few toppings and it was somehow one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Omaha. Price is definitely better than comparable pizzas but you'll spend more than dominos. Worth it!“

“My husband and I went to a comedy show in the old market and after went to dinner. We are not from Omaha and wanted to try something new. We came across Zio's and went inside. We immediately were asked if we were there "picking up". I said no, and the waitress seemed instantly annoyed. We were seated at a table and ordered two waters. My husband asked if they had a restroom and the waitress gave a snarky reply "yeah, we got one" and then just stood there. My husband had to ask again, "where is it?" and the waitress flung her arm over her shoulder and said back there. Shortly after that we placed our order and I had a question about the toppings on the pizza. I was given a look like I was stupid and a slight eye roll. I asked for half our pizza to not have tomatoes. That request was met with another eye roll as yhe waitress scribbled our order down and walked away without another word. About 15 minutes later our pizza arrived and my husband asked for a parmesan cheese shaker. The waitress was annoyed at the request and made sure to correct him and said, "it's ROMANO not parmesan". She brought the shaker over and left. The waitress did not return once to check on our meal or drinks. We ate quickly as it was clear the restaurant closing for the evening. We asked for our ticket and a box. Being a pizza place, we expected to get a pizza box to take the remaining half of our large pizza home.(other tables had been given pizza boxes to take their leftovers) The waitress brought us a small square Styrofoam box that we had to stack and cram our pizza in to fit. As we left the restaurant we couldn't figure out why the waitress was so annoyed and rude the entire time we were there. After checking the website we found out why- this location closes at 9:30 on Saturday and we arrived around 9:20. Again, we have never visited this establishment before, but saw the lights on, patrons eating, and it smelled delicious so we chose to go in and eat. This had to have been the reason for our servers distain and ire. We arrived while the business was STILL OPEN, ate quickly, and were out the door by 9:57 pm. If this establishment doesn't want to serve customers during their designated hours of operation they should have told us they were no longer seating customers and we would have understood and found a different establishment to eat at. I would have rather gone elsewhere than sit through the terrible attitude and service we received at Zio's. In case a manager sees this review, although we never were given our servers name - she is older (maybe 50's), short, blond hair with a pink glitter extention, and a terrible attitude.“

“I placed a big order every Friday and I had laid my envelope of cash on the counter next to the cash register and left it, and the young man named Ben called me back and had my envelope with all the cash in it, which made me think even more highly of this place but they are so courteous and kind but it is so nice to see people like Ben in the world do the right thing“

“Normally the pizza hasta been very good from this location, however, the last couple times we have stopped here the pizza has been horrible. Cold, old, crust is hard. Dont know if they have new workers or new management but something needs to go back to the way it used to be.“
