At 3:45 PM on March 11. I went through your drive-through reluctantly because prior to the remodel I had nothing but horrible service. I swore I would never come back but here I am. Your teenager running the drive-through window needs customer service training. There was no welcome, no please, no thank you, no review of the order, no total given, etc. The french fries were completely un edible. Just went to Wendy’s just now. Everything was wrong everything! Spent over 50$ for wrong items that weren’t want I ordered and looked like they were put together by a 3 year old! If it wasn’t almost closing of the restaurant I would make a trip back there and asked for a refund cause it was that bad.
