“Fun place and decor. Really busy for lunch but order was correct, hot, and delicious. The single cheeseburger is huge, really enough to share-same with kids meals. It was the best burger I have had anywhere for years-full leaf of lettuce, slice of tomato and pickle, so good. The staff was efficient but not friendly and looked unhappy. As we left, I thanked two workers that I walked by, said it was a great lunch. They didn’t even acknowledge me.“

“Looks like a very nice and clean location. Parking lot is small and tight, but they seem to get people in and out without too much delay or backup. Staff was extremely polite and courteous - which is so refreshing! Props to you folks for doing customer service right.
First time eating here - I know shame on me, born & raised in Omaha and decades later finally trying it out. I ordered the spicy jack runza. It was delicious - perfect amount of heat and tasted freshly made. The bread was so soft - just perfect. I wasn't a big fan of the fries. I'm not sure if it's what they are fried in or seasoning (appeared to just be salt) but they just tasted a little different to me.
Shakes are just okay, the chocolate had a little bitter taste to it. Not from being old, but more like the type flavoring used. The ice cream cones are RIDICULOUSLY small for the $2.40. You could have stacked so much more ice cream on those cones. We were extremely disappointed in the size. Unless you are a toddler, I recommend adults save your money & get ice cream somewhere else.

So in summary, food is fantastic - service is top notch - but stay away from the disappointment of the size of ice cream! :(“

“The food was fresh and amazing as always. I didn’t have to ask for refills. Alec is friendly and he came over and refill our drinks and is super polite! Has a good sense of humor. The atmosphere is chill and lowkey. It’s clean and music isn’t too loud.“

“my daughter and I went to barleys yesterday for lunch. loved that it was handicap accessible without any steps. We sat towards the back of the reatraunt and was quickly serviced by a waitress to get our drink orders and given menus. I ordered the patty melt and my daughter ordered a Canadian pizza. both were really good. the only thing we wished were different and I say we because she stole a lot of my fries lol were the fries needed seasoned with something. we had to add salt. and the patty melt sandwich could've used an added sauce like Dorothy lynch or something. it wasn't dry just needed something else to add flavor. otherwise it was really good. will definitely be back.“

“The crew at this Burger King is the best BK crew Ive seen. They welcome you as you come through the door. If the food seems to be taking longer than usual they look into where its at in the queue. They are focused on the counter customer. The bathrooms are very clean and in good repair. Drive through is fast and their order accuracy is spot on. Never had a wrong order here. Great job to ownership, management, and crew.“

“Today was our 4th trip to Culvers. The meal we had was delicious. They have the softest pretzels and hot cheese I have ever had. I was really disappointed though with the raspberry malt. it looked like a chocolate malt instead of a raspberry one. I took a swallow and got a big mouth full of malt flavor. topped off with big chunks of raspberry. it might have been good if it was one of the cement drinks. I called back and told the worker what had happened, he said bring it back and we'll make a new one. Thank you for your kindness sir. I would definitely recommend Culvers to anyone“

“I stopped by the Burger King in Council Bluffs this morning, January 17, around 8:00 AM, and had a great experience. The lady who took my order was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the hash browns. You could tell they were fresh and not sitting in the warmer for a long time. The sandwiches were made well and tasted great. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I really appreciate the quality and service this location provided. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I go to Hardee’s every Sunday morning, plus sometimes during the week also. Love their food. Breakfast is my favorite! When I pull up to the drive-thru, they already know that I always order a large Diet Coke with lots of ice with my food. The crew at this location is fantastic!!“
