Outstanding Service, Amazing Wings, and an Immaculate Restaurant!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Wingstop in Council Bluffs! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, immaculate, and modern the restaurant was. It was obvious that the entire team takes pride in the location and in the experience they provide to their customers.

I especially want to recognize Dawn, who provided me with truly exceptional service. She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about the customers they serve, and Dawn was a perfect example of that. She made me feel appreciated and welcome, and her positive attitude really stood out.

The entire crew was amazing as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

And of course, the food was outstanding! I ordered the 15-piece Louisiana Rub wings, and they were absolutely delicious. The flavor was incredible, and the wings were exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell that this location takes pride in serving quality food.

I will definitely be coming back to this Wingstop, and I highly recommend giving this location a try. Don’t miss out on a great restaurant, an amazing crew, and especially the excellent service from people like Dawn who make the experience even better. “Our waitress, Cicily, was perfectly attentive and sweet! My wings were exactly what I wanted. Even the celery was crisp and tasty. My husband ordered shrimp, which were huge and seasoned with a hint of spice. It was worth the 2 hour drive to dine there. We will return!“

I came here and the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my situation the best the they could. When they say no one out pizzas the hut they mean it.
