“The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!“

As with any restaurant sometimes you’ll get something that isn’t quite right and they always seem to take care of their customers 5/5 stars! “As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. The server also had a list of celiac safe dips and sauces! Win win.“

“I stopped in with my son for a quick lunch, hoping for a solid burger, and Charred Burger absolutely delivered.
The Wagyu beef burger was phenomenal. Easily one of the better burgers I’ve had in a while. The flavor was rich, juicy, and cooked perfectly. They do offer gluten-free buns, which is a nice option to have. Just be aware that their fries are not cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer, and the tater tots aren’t gluten-free either, so options are limited if cross-contamination is a concern.
The atmosphere was pretty quiet when we went. It was lunchtime and there were only a couple other tables, so it didn’t have much energy, but it worked fine for a quick, relaxed meal.

I'm from San Diego CA so im used to the food and it is so awesome to be able to get it in Nebraska now and I love introducing new people to the amazing flavors that take me back to my raising. But tonight was different. My husband and I walked in with our youngest kids and it had been a long day and we probably looked a mess but the young lady behind the counter didn't even bat an eyelash she gave me the respect of every put together customer that came before me and will come after me. I would definitely say they get a 100% on the friendliness and professionalism owed mostly to Zaire(im sure I didn't spell that right). Proof that people can raise up good people even in these tumultuous times we live in.

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! I went through the drive thru the next day and as soon as I said my name, the cashier knew the situation and they replaced my entire meal with great attitudes. Excellent food and excellent service! Can I just say, as a store manager of a business myself, whoever the girl was in the drive-through today that took my order and gave me my order, I just wanted to say you are absolutely somebody I would hire! “I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“I’m not normally out at 2am and buying fast food, but staying in the Comfort Inn has my schedule a little off this week. So when I woke up I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, or where I was going to go, and I went next door to Burger King on a whim (at 2:30am on December 19th). I had the best interaction with the young man working the window. His attitude was outstanding, and should be the standard by which all your other employees work your windows. Seriously, that part is lacking in most of my other Burger King experiences during the day, and it was notable enough to type out a review for him at 3am before I go back to sleep! My best advice to you is to promote that man, and pay him well.“
