“As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. The server also had a list of celiac safe dips and sauces! Win win.“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again. My friend/coworker went to Runza this afternoon and Jason, the manager asked if she was the one who was overcharged. I had just told her about the incident, so she was able to tell him it was me. He said he had been trying to reach me. She came back with his phone number and I called. Jason was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience and for whomever I spoke to. We even figured out what happened. Runza is now back in my good graces, and I will continue to eat there. Jason was absolutely AWESOME and determined to make things right with me and I appreciate the lengths he was willing to go to, to make it right. There should be more managers like Jason.“

“Twisted Cork has been a favorite of mine since I was introduced to it at a business lunch ten years ago. Since developing a severe gluten allergy last year, I appreciate this place even more. The menu, the attention to detail, and the care shown by both the owner, cooks, and all staff when they are alerted make such a difference. Thank you!“

“The burger patty is a nice thickness. Always fresh. Runza's are always fresh. I have never had a bad meal at a Runza restaurant. We went thru the drive thru at lunchtime, so there were about 5 cars ahead of us, but it was worth the wait.“

“Okay so first of all the only reason we went to runza was because it was in one of Ryan trahan's videos. This specific runza and we just had to do it for funsies. The employees were so nice! The food was fresh and the burger was amazing. They have ice cream cones for $1 all summer so you know we got in on that. That was good too! Overall, just like Ryan trahan, we had an excellent, five star experience. And my kid was thrilled to go someplace he seen on YouTube. Thank you Runza!“

Update: Glad Culver's responded promptly. Shows they stand behind their products. I will pay more for this quality. Look I'm a chunky guy, if I want a good, quality, fast burger fix.... This is my heaven!

But then the the other place charged me fifty cents for a water cup, so now Culver's is my go to. This Culver's is clean, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. If you haven't had their crispy chicken sandwich, you should try it.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. “Kim, or "momma Kim" as she is affectionately known by fellow workers and long-time patrons, was our server tonight and could not have been more amazing. She was so kind, patient, and remembered every little request we had -- from how we were splitting the bill to the sides of sauce we ordered. Honestly, she made our night! My extended family is in town because my grandmother is in hospice so we are all sad and overwhelmed, and we also had two rowdy kids we were trying to contain, and she made us feel so at home and was so warm to us. We loved our food, and would come back for that in itself, but because of Kim and the friendly ambiance (all the other patrons were awesome too!) -- we will come back even sooner!“

“I’m not normally out at 2am and buying fast food, but staying in the Comfort Inn has my schedule a little off this week. So when I woke up I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, or where I was going to go, and I went next door to Burger King on a whim (at 2:30am on December 19th). I had the best interaction with the young man working the window. His attitude was outstanding, and should be the standard by which all your other employees work your windows. Seriously, that part is lacking in most of my other Burger King experiences during the day, and it was notable enough to type out a review for him at 3am before I go back to sleep! My best advice to you is to promote that man, and pay him well.“

“I have to say Dennis made my day today. I go to methodist for infusions my daughter wanted bk breakfast so I ordered it online, not even paying attention to time. I get there at 10:30ish and breakfast is over lunch has begun, but Dennis and the team still made it happen. Thank you Dennis and bk team. That was truly wonderful customer service. “Really love this location. I dont even have to ask for a table number and when I said it was for "here" they just automatically gave me the table number. And when they give you your food on those trays they have, they also place some napkins on the tray as well. A detail I wish the McDonalds on 40th and Dodge would do. The service here surpasses the service of that other McDonalds, Those little details can go a long way. I know where Im going for lunch whenever Im out.“
