“As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. “I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Update: Glad Culver's responded promptly. Shows they stand behind their products. I will pay more for this quality. Look I'm a chunky guy, if I want a good, quality, fast burger fix.... This is my heaven!

This is the new building shape. However it is slightly smaller than others. The inside feels like an older Runza with how small it is. I can see everything from where I sit inside.

The meal was good, I got my icecream quite quickly much before my main meal. The onion rings were good, and the Runza was quite appetizing.

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again. My friend/coworker went to Runza this afternoon and Jason, the manager asked if she was the one who was overcharged. I had just told her about the incident, so she was able to tell him it was me. He said he had been trying to reach me. She came back with his phone number and I called. Jason was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience and for whomever I spoke to. We even figured out what happened. Runza is now back in my good graces, and I will continue to eat there. Jason was absolutely AWESOME and determined to make things right with me and I appreciate the lengths he was willing to go to, to make it right. There should be more managers like Jason.“

“The burger patty is a nice thickness. Always fresh. Runza's are always fresh. I have never had a bad meal at a Runza restaurant. We went thru the drive thru at lunchtime, so there were about 5 cars ahead of us, but it was worth the wait.“

Can I just say, as a store manager of a business myself, whoever the girl was in the drive-through today that took my order and gave me my order, I just wanted to say you are absolutely somebody I would hire! Wow, she was so friendly and actually had a real smile on her face. She put me in a great mood for the morning. Whoever you are, thank you for being so nice! It actually really goes a long way! “Kim, or "momma Kim" as she is affectionately known by fellow workers and long-time patrons, was our server tonight and could not have been more amazing. She was so kind, patient, and remembered every little request we had -- from how we were splitting the bill to the sides of sauce we ordered. Honestly, she made our night! My extended family is in town because my grandmother is in hospice so we are all sad and overwhelmed, and we also had two rowdy kids we were trying to contain, and she made us feel so at home and was so warm to us. We loved our food, and would come back for that in itself, but because of Kim and the friendly ambiance (all the other patrons were awesome too!) -- we will come back even sooner!“
