I gave it a 3, waitress was Awesome and food was Awesome but the MANAGER was RUDE!!! She did not acknowledged my call and when she brought the Ketchup to me, she seemed to have an attitude and she kept walking away while I was talking to her, I even said Thank you, and still no knowledge. I asked to speak to a manager and she was the manager!! No respect from her when I spoke of her not acknowledging my concerns. Made excuses and what a disappointment !! Love Goldberg's! Hasn't changed a ton over the years because... why mess with a good thing? Love the burgers, tots, and a rare place where you can still get an actual handmade chocolate malt - thick with extra malt. Staff is great and love the neighborhood restaurant and bar vibe.
