We always love coming here for Saturday lunch! My wife absolutely adores their delicious sloppy Joe's. They also have crispy fries that we can munch on, and their gizzards are simply irresistible!

I haven't eaten here in years, but we were in the area and wanted a quick dinner but not fast food. It looked busy, but we got a table right away. Server was quick to greet us and take our order. We had a salad and a Rueben. Both were tasty and food came out quickly. We will definitely be back soon. I love to eat out, but hate waiting and getting bad service. Goldberg's had us in and out in less than an hour, and the service was better than many "fine dining" establishments.

We thought we would celebrate Ash Wednesday with a nice fish dinner. Their special was cod dinner for 10.99. My husband in the other hand wanted a nice chili. The cod was coated using Guinness beer. The looked more like fish sticks and tasted like fish sticks. The chili was sour!! I asked the server if she ever tasted it and she said no, I can see why. The bartender on the hand made a great cocktail. Sooooo disappointed with Goldberg's. Things have really changed in the last couple years. Might go back in two years if they're still there.

I gave it a 3, waitress was Awesome and food was Awesome but the MANAGER was RUDE!!! She did not acknowledged my call and when she brought the Ketchup to me, she seemed to have an attitude and she kept walking away while I was talking to her, I even said Thank you, and still no knowledge. I asked to speak to a manager and she was the manager!! No respect from her when I spoke of her not acknowledging my concerns. Made excuses and what a disappointment !! No manners on her part!!?? she did apologized, but she had to reason herself, instead of a simple apology !!!!

Love Goldberg's! Hasn't changed a ton over the years because... why mess with a good thing? Love the burgers, tots, and a rare place where you can still get an actual handmade chocolate malt - thick with extra malt. Staff is great and love the neighborhood restaurant and bar vibe.

Delicious sandwiches, club sandwich & blue cheese burger was yummy.
I tried the salmon steak and a side salad. The salmon salad had a larger portion of salmon. But it was cooked well with good seasoning. The service was prompt and friendly. We sat back in a corner. The atmosphere was inviting. I would eat here again.

Met some friends here Friday night at the 132nd street location. The place was a little more than half full. I liked the ambiance but nothing too over the to. We had a total of 7 people in our party. We try to go to a different place every Friday. Waitress was friendly enough. I ordered (2) sugar free red bulls and Absolute. There seemed to be more RB than Absolute. Also came in a small glass. Not worth the price. I ordered the blue burger. I'm a huge blue cheese fan. The burger was fine but WAY too small. Only 6oz. It came with tater tots. They were fine. My wife had the French dip. HATED It!! Said it was deli meat. We both had a dude salad. Typical bar side salad. Very small and only iceberg lettuce. I'm not sure why I'm giving it 3 stars. It's not worth it. I guess I'm in a good mood!
