The food here is always pretty good and the service is always pretty good. The atmosphere honestly it just depends what time of day you go. This place is pathetically slow been here 15 minutes waiting on an egg mcmuffin ordered on the kiosk no refunds what a ridiculous excuse for a resteraunt don't know why I keep giving this place chances

Not that great if a location. It's seemed over the years either homeless or crazy people have over ran this area so it's not that good. Maybe the city of council bluffs can touch it up or out more police around that area, otherwise I would suggest going to a location in a safer area.
