Awful service. Inattentive employees not doing their jobs but can stand around and hide in back rooms. We sat and watched vehicles back out of the drive through while we were stuck waiting for food. Never received food and had to get out and go in to get an employee to refund our money. I will take our business across the street to McDonalds before going back to the location.

better management that isn't so disrespectful and RUDE
July 4th 5:35 Council Bluffs Iowa ordered 2 Whoppers and 10 piece chicken nuggets and 35 minutes later had to requested money back cause they didn’t have the order done yet, while waiting for my order heard worker telling other crew members he thought he was gonna puke cause he got so drunk last night, they ran out of buns, every lobby order came back inside wrong during that 30 minute wait, and wrong orders were tossed back onto the holding area and re sacked cold for the next...read full review
