“I ran across talk about izzys and had been wanting to try it. I finally had the chance to do so today. The pizza was delicious and even after a 2.5 hour car ride home, the crust was still as crispy as it was in store. They make a quality pizza and I got the feeling that they genuinely care about their product and the customers. I don't think it will be long and they will outgrow the current building.“

I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth.

The owners clearly know what they're doing, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shines through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the love in every bite are all top-notch.

If you're a quesadilla lover like me, or just looking for an amazing meal, do yourself a favor and get to this food truck ASAP! Order the steak quesadillas with green salsa, and thank me later. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!
