I love the Jimmy John’s down by Cracker Barrel! I’m very picky about how I want my #9! They are always very willing to deal with my picky butt. Very NICE crew always polite and my sandwich is perfect every time!!Vegetarian options: Yes, they have veggie options. Depending on what level of vegetarian you are.Dietary restrictions: Whatever your restrictions are,all you have to do is tell them and they will make your sandwich to order.Parking: More than enough parking area. Most people go through the drive thru. The wait is never to long even when the drive thru is busy.Kid-friendliness: They have little John’s that would be appropriate for a little one.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a flat parking lot. No automatic doors, but easy to get into.

Terrible service people do not understand how to listen and follow simple instructions. Disappointment once again, charge me for bacon when there was absolutely none in the sandwich.

Was at drive thru window waiting for my order. Saw young man make one of our sandwiches, wrap it & slide it along the floor to another employee. Went inside & got my $$ back.You have the information. You're not getting my personal information as I don't want anything from you. You lost a customer. Maybe train your employees that they shouldn't play with a customer's food in an open kitchen environment.

The quality of food through the drive-through is extremely poor and has gone down for several months now. Our sandwiches for our office were covered in oil and the bread was soaked. We have taken Jimmy John’s off of our corporate account.

Since the actual link to a customer support / HR / review page doesn't go anywhere, I'm having trouble reporting my managers. Knowing them, it won't go anywhere important or noted and acknowledged anyway. Don't work here if you want your managers pay thrown in your face and especially dealing with mental health (issues).

If you like sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and still getting the wrong sandwich then this is the place for you. 4 times I have been to this location and it’s always so slow. If you have time go to the location on West Broadway, much faster and more accurate.

Worst service ever and on top of the guy was rude!! I as was telling the guy my order , he yelled at me to hold on 3 times and I worked in the customer service for 18 year never have ever treated a customer like that!!! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru ? Never ever coming back at this place!! 0 stars!!!
