Ordered 2 sandwiches for drive through pickup. One sandwich was good, but not cut, as it was requested. The other sandwich was mediocre. No extra oil/vinegar nor was it cut, as requested. Why have those as options on the web site if they are just ignored? Every time we order from here, it's always something.

Made me $300 worth of catering box mini subs with little to no notice and with zero complaints! They did a phenomenal job! Applebees LOVES Jimmy John's! Keep up the great work! And my goodness it is very clean as well!

I love the Jimmy John’s down by Cracker Barrel! I’m very picky about how I want my #9! They are always very willing to deal with my picky butt. Very NICE crew always polite and my sandwich is perfect every time!!
