As soon as I Walked in the store with my husband and 3 kids the guy with the neck tattoo was so mad then my son was asking a question about a doughnut and he had attitude. We need the doughnuts to be bag separate because forbidden they touch! Lol 'kids' I won't return but I sure hope his day get better♡

Staff was rushing me acting as though I was bugging them to do their job when they had no one else in the store. They stare at you to make you uncomfortable and hurry up, coffee was stale. Cinnamon Rolls tasted like glaze doughnuts when they were supposed to be cinnamon rolls.Honestly not the best experience subpar inadequate and frankly one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to.

My husbands first time at a Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately one of the donut rows was labeled incorrectly so I thought I was ordering something different than I was. When I opened the box and explained the mistake they just said they ran out of space or labels. They didn’t seem to understand or care that because of the mistake we got something different than we wanted. If the row just didn’t have a label on it the problem would be fixed. The workers know all the donuts but customers shouldn’t need to. So we left with a sour taste in our mouths and two donuts that we didn’t want. Coffee was better than expected.
