My husbands first time at a Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately one of the donut rows was labeled incorrectly so I thought I was ordering something different than I was. When I opened the box and explained the mistake they just said they ran out of space or labels. They didn’t seem to understand or care that because of the mistake we got something different than we wanted. If the row just didn’t have a label on it the problem would be fixed.
