Sometimes I feel like the workers pay more attention to the drive thru than the lobby. I understand there is a time frame on drive thrus, but I waited for at least 15 minutes before anyone helped me even though three different times a worker look right at me. The food was good though. And once my order was placed it took less time to get it ready for me to go.

You have a time limit of 30 minutes posted on door. Well when it takes 30 minutes to get the order obviously you aren't gonna be done and also paying customers with the expensive food you serve are allowed whatever time it takes to eat!

Ordered 2 combo meals and didn't receive straws for the drinks. The window RAT argued and said they were in the bag, which they clearly weren't. The window was slammed so I put the car in park at the drive thru. The window RAT eventually opened the window after honking my horn and threw 2 straws at us quite aggressively. At that point I was able to tell her what I thought of her professionalism.

This place constantly gets our orders wrong. Our fries were half full and our sandwiches were not put together correctly. 4 times out of 5 if your order Doordarsh through them they will not give the dasher half the order.
