Don't order from the pizza hut on Broadway in council bluffs iowa because you don't get what you ordered, it's kinda like you went to McDonald's when your order is NEVER right! I ordered a bbq Brisket pizza paid for a bbq Brisket pizza & got home with a cheese pizza instead.

Welcoming and friendly. Missed giving me one of my pizzas at pickup and the guy that took my call insisted on making it right, when I was just as much at fault and could have looked. Will be getting my business again.

I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza on original pant crust at 5:35pm and estimated delivery was 6:25pm. I received the delivery a few minutes before 7, and when I opened it, it wasnt what I ordered. It was some thin cheese pizza with puffy crust, and the pizza, and my Cheesy bread, was cold.
This was a SUPER disappointing experience, it's proving difficult to get a refund as well. I will not be ordering from this location or maybe even pizza hut again.

Ordered food they were bzy took an hour ok but when got food it was completely not my order… call up there waiting on hold for over 20 mins and he was like were are bzy so I go up there he doesn’t say anything to me as I walk him he’s talking on the phone waiting another 10 minutes and he’s like we are bzy and a new driver and we will refund your money but no apology or sorry for your inconvenience…. He was rude and when I asked for something in writing he said he couldn’t do that and I asked for a receipt so I can write his name down he said that if I do that he wasn’t going to give me refund…. What bs is that …so since I got a receipt and wrote his name on it I’m banned from eating there they won’t serve me ….

Ordered on the app... No problems there. Estimated time of arrival 4:45 ok no big deal. 5:10 rolls around and I attempt to call the location. You can't talk to a person about your order unless you are making changes. I pressed one and talked to Jacob. He really didn't seem to know much except I had an order and it probably went out about 10 minutes ago. Got our order about 5:20. Ok fine. The food was cold.... Shocker! And wasn't right either. Definitely won't be ordering again.

I usually had an okay experience. You seem to be appropriately stocked compared to the other Pizza Hut in CB. However, I ordered 2 cheese stick orders. They gave me 2 regular bread stick orders. No contact if they were put or to give me another option. Tried contacting customer service and have been told TWICE that this store would contact me in 3 business days. I have yet to be contacted either by email or phone. Maybe this will get their attention, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
