I am 51 years old and been going to pizza hut as long as I can remember, and in all those years have had it delivered for no extra cost. Just tip the driver. But now they are charging a delivery fee of 5 dollars. So why not just have Uber eats do it for less? This a bunch of bullshit and anymore who agrees should start to ban pizza hut.

I've never been so displeased by a restaurant in my life. Stuffed crust pizza apparently means a folded undone pizza. The super supreme Pizza claims to be loaded with twice the toppings when I can see more dough then anyone else two and a quarter inches of the out side crust has nothing no cheese in the crust either. I can count the seven pieces of pineapple. The nine mushrooms the four pieces of green pepper sauce isn't even covering the dough. Literally no cheese. Definitely skimp and not worth the money. Little Caesars Hot and ready has more toppings and it's a third of the price. As the dough is thinner then crisp and not even brown. Lost this customer!

$22.00 for a sad little pizza that wasn't even ready on time. They took my money, pointed to the tip prompt and THEN told me that my pizza wasn't ready AND there was someone else ahead of me. Shell of the restaurant it used to be.

The pizza was good for being cold , but that’s the only positive thing ! I ordered delivery to a hotel down the road and waited till an hour and 20 minutes went by thinking maybe they were just busy , I called and told them I don’t have my pizza and they said he may have left it at the front desk of the hotel , yeah sure did , didn’t even talk to anyone working at the hotel so I would get called down just dropped the pizza on the counter and left ….
We were just passing through on our travels and didn’t feel like dining out, so we decided to order in—and Pizza Hutt absolutely delivered, in every sense of the word! From the moment I called, the experience was wonderful. The lovely lady who answered the phone was cheerful and attentive, taking my order with a smile you could hear. I had a few special requests—extra napkins, crushed red pepper, and Parmesan cheese—and she made sure to note every detail. I was expecting a 45-minute to an hour wait, but to my surprise, she said it would be just 30 to 35 minutes. Right on time, our pizza and wings arrived—hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. And yes, all the extras were included, just as I asked. Thank you to the team for preparing and delivering our meal with such care. You made our evening easy and enjoyable!

Worst service I’ve had to deal with in a long time had to wait over an hour longer than they told me on the phone and when I finally got my pizza it wasn’t even room temperature I will never be returning there again what a joke for over 80 dollars

I love their food here but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Everytime i call to place an order the guy is always grumpy and rude!! All i gotta say is that if you cant handle working and treating your customers right then thats isnt the job for you!! Do better and learn how to talk to ppl correct!!!!
